This huge holiday home offers a unique opportunity to enjoy time with family and friends. With space for up to 24 people, this house is ideal for large groups who want to spend unforgettable moments together. The spacious plot of 20,000 square meters provides plenty of outdoor space for play, relaxation and activities. There is a large forest around the house, this must NOT be used, as it is used for hunting and is monitored - you can instead go to the large, beautiful Kompedal plantation, where there is ample opportunity for beautiful nature experiences. Note that youth groups are also not allowed. The pool house, which was renovated in 2015, has a total house area of 444 square meters, you will find all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. There are a total of 8 bedrooms: Five rooms are equipped with double beds, three rooms with a double bed and two bunk beds in each, as well as a double sofa bed in the living room, ensuring that everyone gets a good night's sleep. There are 3 bathrooms in the house, equipped with a toilet and shower, so there is never a wait, even when everyone has to get ready for the day's activities. For the little ones, there is also a cot and a high chair available. The house allows pets, so you can bring your four-legged friend along with you. For those who love to swim and play, there is a fantastic indoor pool with a water slide, which is sure to be a hit with the kids. The pool area also includes a shower for easy cleaning after fun times in the water. If you want to relax, you can enjoy a relaxing moment in the indoor spa, which can accommodate up to 7 people, or enjoy the warmth of the sauna. The activity room is full of entertainment, including pool/billiards and table tennis, so there is plenty of opportunity to challenge each other in different games. Bo i en børnevenlig feriepark i Midtjylland.

Favorit hus. Nyd et smukt luksus sommerhus, der er placeret bagerst og tæt på skoven. I har 6 aktivitetsarmbånd til rådighed, der giver fri adgang til badeland mv. Der er 5 min. gang til receptionen og til Søhøjlandets golfklub. I har 15 min. i bil til Silkeborg og badesøerne -Fx. Almindsø. 30 min. til Himmelbjerget, hvortil i også kan sejle med hjejlen. 35 min. til Århus. Her er rig mulighed for strøgture, terrassehygge, aktiviteter, leg og sjov til alle aldre. Tv kanaler og fri wifi.

Egen privat sandstrand og sauna

Skøn bolig (år 2020) på helt unik beliggenhed. Ligger helt ned til vandet med egen sand strand og hvor man kan bade året rundt. Boligen indeholder sauna med vindue til vandet, hvor fra man for alvor kan nyde synet af det rolige vand samtidig med at man kobler helt fra. Til huset er der også 3 kanoer / kajakker og tilhørende redningsveste, så man kan nyde en af Danmarks største søer, som også hænger sammen med Gudenåen. Der kan også fiskes direkte fra huset hvor søen er rig på fisk.

Simpelt træsommerhus tæt på natur og Gudenåen

Tag en pause og nyd roen i naturskønne omgivelser tæt på Gudenåen. Huset oser af simpelhed og afslapning, og passer til dig, der vægter ro højere end luksus. Huset ligger tæt natur og skov og kun ca. 300 m fra Gudenåen. Huset består af køkken/alrum med brændeovn, 2 soveværelser og et nyrenoveret badeværelse fra 2023 med sauna. Et soveværelse har dobbeltseng, og det andet har to køjesenge med 4 sovepladser. Udenfor er der stor solrig terrasse, og en stor græsplane med 2 fodboldmål.
