There is easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The spacious living room and kitchen are connected, and the light falls in from two sides. Life in the city and in the square can be followed from the windows in the living room. If you light the wood stove in the evening, there is maximum coziness. The two bedrooms are also spacious and accessed from the hallway. From here, there is also access to the bathroom. The hallway is separated by a 'New Yorker' glass wall with a sliding door. The backyard is cozy and shared with the others in the property.

Stay close to forests, bathing lakes, Gudenåen and Silkeborg - if you're for MTB, kayaking and canoeing, fishing, cycling or a quiet hike in beautiful surroundings, this is the place. Aagaarden is only 15 km by car from Silkeborg and 5 km to Gjern hills. The trail that follows Gudenåen from Silkeborg to Randers is definitely worth a visit and is only 130 meters from the house.

Cozy little apartment in a lovely neighborhood in Silkeborg. There is a double bed and a sofa to sleep on. Possibility to get 2 mattresses up if you let me know 😊 Parking right at the door. If you book after 2pm on the same day, it's an hour before we have it ready 😊 I live close to the apartment so my boyfriend and I are happy to help if there is the slightest problem or if there are just questions. Cozy Flats Silkeborg was ones a hotel in Silkeborg, but was chance to be apartments a one point in time - so what we have made is a apartment that is total renovered in 2024, with your own kitchn and bathroom, bedroom and livingroom. The apartment is right ind the middle of Silkeborg only 2 minuts from all the cafés, shops and so on, but allso only 200 meter from the train station, and 5 min from Silkeborg lakes, the forests and from the Papir Fabrik!

There is a private entrance to the basement apartment, which consists of a large, bright, south facing 22 m2 room, a toilet as well as a combined kitchen/bathroom. The home is suitable for both singles and couples. The garden is private and therefore cannot be used by guests.

There is a 5-minute walk to the train station, the city and the forest. There is a private entrance, free parking and access to the terrace and garden. The apartment is ideal for 2 people, but with a sofa bed in the living room, more people can stay.
