House holiday rentals in Siletz River

The Sea View House was perfect for our small group. We were looking for a serene home near the coast that fit our budget and left us wanting for nothing. We found that in Nikki's place. She was great about addressing anything we needed promptly. The fact they were dog-friendly was important to us, and the living room and bedroom setups were spacious so that there was plenty of space for the dog beds and kennels on the floors. The neighbors were friendly and the walk down to the beach was so easy and close we went several times a day. The water spigot out front made it easy to rinse sand off each time we returned. Our friend who slept on the softa bed said it was comfortable and he got lots of much needed sleep. The other beds were also comfortable as well. We also appreciated the blinds in each room and all the little extras, like the bath salts and toiletries. Love to come back!

Our stay at Matthew’s was lovely. Olivia beach is a great area and we had a great time hiking God’s thumb!

Great homey and welcoming house. The view of the ocean was amazing. Great place to explore the coast north and south. House had everything we needed. Comfy beds! Thank you for letting us experience a wonderful setting on the coast!

We loved our stay at this cozy little place! As a parent of two small children who had stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the years, this is the most well stocked place we have ever stayed. My kids loved it and are asking to go back already. We had a couple hiccups during check in but Brandon and his team were responsive and quickly helped us solve the problems. We would love to come stay again. Oh, and the beds are comfy. Which you can’t say for all Airbnbs. ;) IYKYK

Great vacation spot, walkable to the beach and the bay. Family friendly and an overall great experience.

Wonderful place near enough to the beach to walk. Super easy check in and check out. The only small inconvenience is the cover for the hot tub doesn’t have a place to sit once you take it off, making balancing it a little awkward.

We had the most wonderful time at “Our Happy Place” the home was clean and so comfortable! Walking distance to the warm pool was a hit for our kids and the short walk to the beach was perfect for beach combing. The neighborhood was charming and so peaceful. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax in the evenings. One of the best air bnb’s we’ve ever stayed in!

Beautiful, clean property. Very comfortable with peaceful views of the ocean. Nice beach within walking distance and easy access. Home had every amenity and was thoughtfully decorated. Good beds. Close to shopping. Highly recommended.

Great stay at the coast. The home is very well decorated and very clean. We enjoyed the fire pit. Brad was an excellent host - communicating ahead of time about an amenity that had a mishap and offering a reasonable accommodation instead. Really enjoyed our time here!

The location and views were outstanding! Just steps to the beach. Sunsets were amazing. The deck on the top level had a wonderful view, with protection from the wind the lower level decks were great. Covered area for getting out of the sun. Furniture was comfortable. Loved the fire table! The Host was very responsive and answered questions quickly. We especially loved the Alexa concierge for checking & check out, music and other information. A lovely stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

We had a great time at this location. Perfect ocean views out the large windows. This house had everything you could need for a coast vacation and more. Hot tub was clean and stayed at a warm temperature. Fully stocked kitchen and lots of games. One added bonus was the fact that, even though it had a ton of natural light, it did have one room that we could make incredibly dark for our newborn to take his naps in! Great for new parents on a first visit to the coast!

This place was super cute with lots of amenities. I found the bed to be very comfortable compared to many of my other traveling experiences. We loved the hot tub and fire pit. We didn’t use the sauna but it looked very nice. Great use of the indoor and outdoor space. I was so happy that I could hear the ocean with the windows open. It was pretty obvious to me why this awesome space is frequently not available!

Cozy beach house with a beautiful location for exploring and relaxing with the hot tub/ views. We enjoyed being close to both Newport and Depoe Bay for restaurants, hiking and the aquarium. Thanks Debbie!

This is a unique place right by the bridge to Whalen Island where there is a beautiful hike with a unique ecosystem, gorgeous little beaches, and lots of birds. You could not have a better view of the estuary than from this house. I watched herons all day long while I was finishing my grading--amazing. My husband and I were here as part of our 32nd anniversary trip and Cassie was kind enough to let us in early, which we greatly appreciated. The kitchen had everything we needed to make two excellent dinners and we felt lucky to be in such a gorgeous part of the world.

The view was absolutely breathtaking! Vacasa did a great job with communicating and gave very clear instructions. The place itself was pretty nice and had everything we needed. Some downsides though…I do think that for the extra $100+ we paid for cleaning, it could have been so much more cleaner. The bed was not comfortable. There was indeed a very weird smell like mentioned in some other reviews. I couldn’t tell if it was mold or dog pee. That is the one downside of allowing pets to Airbnb homes. I have a very strong sense of smell so I actually had to open the sliding door in the bedroom to have some fresh air cause the smell was that bad and that strong. Some of the blankets had stains on them that were very visible. There are no curtains in the bedroom so it was hard to sleep with light coming through. Even though there were downsides, the view was so beautiful and worth it. We do plan on coming back again someday.

We had an amazing visit with our family of five. The house was immaculate with an amazing setting and view. Comfortable and beautifully decorated. Just minutes from Pacific City, beaches and hiking. The kitchen was well stocked - I was able to make a Thanksgiving dinner without needing to buy a single dish or gadget. We loved waking up every morning with our coffee watching the birds over the water. Can't wait to come back!

I would recommend this to everyone. The outdoor space is great for family meals or just watching the waves. The short walk to the beach is super easy! The kitchen is well laid out and the living room is a very nice gathering space—complete with fireplace. The bedrooms are good sized, with the loft room being particularly cute. The mattresses and pillows run very soft. Absolutely every appliance is in great working order and easy to use. Bathrooms are clean and the water pressure is perfect. Jerry is a great host and a great communicator. We loved our time in the house.

Such a beautiful, secluded home - it truly felt like a modern treehouse. Rachel was a great, responsive host! Also a great central location for sightseeing along the Oregon coast.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as described, clean, fully stocked with everything we needed. The view could NOT have been better! The internet probably wouldn’t have supported working, but who wants to work with that view anyway! My husband said it was the best bed of any Airbnb we’ve stayed in and we would not hesitate to stay again.

A perfect stay on the Oregon coast! Joni’s place is a great little classic Oregon coast home right on the beach with easy beach access! The views are 100x better than the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfy. A great stay, would recommend! Thank you!
