A short walk to the beach and you can enjoy beach combing, wading in the river and dining in the charming village. We're minutes away from hiking, kayaking, fishing, shopping and wine tasting in other nearby towns.

Welcome to our cozy cottage! We would be happy to invite you into our home! It sits on the Siletz Bay and looks out onto the water and Salishan Spit. From the backyard, you will see eagles, osprey, otters, and the occasional seal. Chill out by the fire pit overlooking the water, or take a soak in the hot tub and star gaze! There is no light pollution, so on a clear night, frequent shooting stars can be seen! Feel free to say hello to our Kitty, Coco! She may be around hanging out.

This extra large Sea Gypsy Condo is a ground-level, 2-bed, oceanfront suite with master bedroom and two full baths. At 825 square feet, Betta's Cove is the largest unit on the ground floor and offers lots of space for you and your family to enjoy the ocean view. You're just ten steps away from the sand or the indoor saltwater pool and sauna. The ocean and the D River are right outside, and it’s a short walk up the beach to the tide pools. You’ll love the comfort and coziness of our condo!

Wood burning fireplace, washer and dryer and propane BBQ. Pets are welcome with a $50 fee and prior approval. We are a fully licensed rental and in compliance with local regulations. Nightly rate includes the 12% Lincoln County lodging tax. Airbnb collects the 2% state lodging tax

Our hope is that it becomes a place where families, couples, and friends can escape and make their own memories. This is a spacious, gorgeous beachfront home with amazing views from every window. You walk off the large deck onto the sandy beach. To the west is the Pacific Ocean and to the southeast is Alsea Bay. The home is conveniently located between Florence and Newport a perfect location to experience pure ocean joy! Lovely and fresh this house is super clean and beautifully furnished.
