Our house, where we will hand over the key with the understanding of "your house", is a Greek House that is a Protected Cultural Property located in the Urban Site. All the items in our Stone House, whose historical texture is preserved intact, are also objects with a historical history and history. Upstairs, we can easily host two families in our house, which has a dining room and living room downstairs with a fireplace and a living room. You will feel yourself in the open air museum on the historical streets of Ayvalık.

Bahçeli Rum House,loft

A bohemian two-story house on a parallel alleyway to Horse Cars Square,very calm, 100 m from Palabahçe, walking distance to all the organic products located in the bakery,butcher and bazaar. There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. It takes 10 minutes to get to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Climatized with Qubishi air conditioning. Parking close by car on Thursday is possible in the evening, a market is established.

Oil factory converted studio/house in Assos

You will come out of the lush garden full of clags of Söğüt, lion and fruit trees, 40 steps, with views of the Aegean Sea, Lesvos Island, Sivrice Bay and the magnificent sunset. When you turn your head slightly to the left, you'll find the Nekropolis and the West Gate, which is standing in front of it, and you'll see how close you are to the streets where Athena Temple and Aristoteles are teaching. You are within walking distance to this painting studio/cafes and restaurants from the house with private parking.

Yeni dekore ettiğimiz evimizin, üst katını misafirlerimize açtık, alt katta eşim ve ben yasiyoruz. 6 kişinin rahatlıkla konaklayabileceği, Midilli adaları, full dağ ve deniz manzarası ile köyümüzün güzelliklerini yaşayın. Büyük bahçesi ve doğanın tüm sesleri ve renkleri size eşlik edecek. Assos liman, tarihi Behramkale'ye yalnızca bir kaç km uzaklıktadır. Küçükkuyu´ya aracınız ile 20 dak. ulaşabilirsiniz.
