Provencal house completely renovated in 2017, 122 m² on the wooded pine heights in La Cadière d'Azur, village with authentic Provencal character. The neighborhood is a peaceful oasis, and the neighbors cherish their tranquility. So no parties and no noise after 10pm. Thank you Secure outdoor pool with magnificent views of the hills, 4.50 m x 7.50 m unheated. Swimming pool not accessible from mid-October until the end of April, May, depending on outdoor temperatures.

Beautiful small villa of 53 square meters, with 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and open kitchen. Enjoy the paradisiacal views of the garden, the 25 square meter private terrace with pergola and shade sail, and the singing of cicadas, birds and sometimes the pond frog! The house is independent from the Mas, without any vis-à-vis. Large parking New and functional layout. Tranquility and serenity guaranteed:) ! Access road not suitable for motorhomes!

Nice Chalet on a quiet 3200 m2 plot, with an area of 35 m2 comprising a bedroom with 1 double bed upstairs under the eaves (watch your head!) and a sofa bed in the downstairs room. Air conditioning upstairs and downstairs. Beautiful garden with shared pool Car and motorcycle parking available. Beaches 30 minutes drive from SIGNES and close to the Castellet circuit The access road is bumpy: watch out for low cars! It's waiting just for you!

At Mas des Oliviers, in Le Beausset, I welcome you to the Villa: 80 m², air-conditioned, 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, 3 bathrooms and terraces for you to enjoy the outdoors. The pool and hot tub are shared at Le Mas, which includes two rental units and the house where I live. A bedroom is accessed via the garden and an external staircase.
