Magical stay at Paola's. Hard to describe in a few words all the kindness she showed us, we immediately felt at home. Paola picked us up by car at the train station and welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine and pizza - delicious - hard to have a better arrival especially after a long journey. She was very proactive throughout our stay and even took us half a day to Chianti so we could visit a vineyard because we didn't have a car - we still can't believe her generosity! She is very attentive to all her guests and her property is beautiful, we enjoyed the pool and the apartment is wonderfully well decorated and equipped. We highly recommend staying at Paola's, the best Airbnb host we've ever had. Thanks again for everything Paola, you've been wonderful, and we're already dreaming of coming back! Arrivederci! :)

We had an excellent stay at Eddy's place. Eddy is an extremely responsive and helpful. He personally came to pick us up at the train station which was very sweet. The location of the house is perfect just a 5 min walk from the train station and also very near to all the main tourist locations. The house is on the first floor without a lift so you have to carry the luggage up, but eddy himself helped in carrying the luggage which I felt was very nice of him. The house was also well equipped and exactly like mentioned in the description. I would definitely recommend Eddy as an excellent host and Eva's place for a holiday in Florence. our experience was very positive, for us it was the first time we relied on an Airbnb to actually have an apartment instead of a hotel room. Mrs. Laura is a special person, very friendly and helpful who reflects the care of her apartment. The cleanliness and equipment for every need was particularly appreciated.

The best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. If Marin’s apartment is available for your stay in Florence, snap it up. It’s an amazing spacious apartment in the ideal location, a block behind the Duomo. Because the apartment faces the interior courtyard of the building, there is absolutely no street noise whatsoever. The apartment was pristine, modern, extremely comfortable and well-appointed with extreme attention to detail. The washer (and Dryer!) came in very handy for our stay in Florence, the mid-point of our two week trip through Italy. Marin was extremely responsive and super helpful with recommendations. The ideal two bedroom apartment for our family of four (me, my wife and our two daughters ages 17 and 21). The upstairs bedroom (with its own full bathroom) was the perfect retreat for our daughters and the master bedroom downstairs was perfect for us. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were ultra modern, clean and relaxing. Apartment and host (Marin) are A+

Great location! Apartment was exactly as described. It is about a 20 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio and a 12 minute walk to the Train Station. Great place to be away from the tourist and easy to walk to the tourist area.

This spot is in short walking distance to many attractions and great restaurants. It was very cozy and private. Great find!

I had an enjoyable stay at Allesandro and Daniela's place. Not only is their place very beautiful and strategically located, but the hosts are very responsive and proactive to assist us whilst our trip in Florence! Definitely very worth the stay!

This place is incredible, so walkable to everything: the Ufizzi museum, the Piazzale Michelangelo, the Mercato, etc. Restaurants everywhere. Quieter than being right in the middle of everything, and not having to worry about stairs. Bed was massive, amenities like coffee were great. We even got to do our laundry. Cannot say enough good things. Silverio even let us stay a little later than check out which was so kind. Would recommend this spot to anyone!

We stayed at this apartment for three nights in April and it exactly matched the pictures. The accommodation is spacious, modernly equipped and the bed very comfortable. Particularly positive: The good connection by bus to the city center as well as the free parking directly at the accommodation. A small minus point was the weak ventilation – despite air conditioning it was quite damp in the room, so clothes were slightly clammy in the morning. The shower was missing shelves for shower gel and towel racks. Despite these little things, it was a very enjoyable stay. The host was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely come back and can recommend the accommodation.

We were in the apartment for a full month. Sorry about our home very quickly. It is perfectly equipped. I highlight the kitchen and all its utensils. The radiator heating works very well, even on cold days; along with the double glass, it maintains a very comfortable atmosphere inside the apartment. The door is armored, which makes you feel very secure. The location is a few minutes walk from the historic center. The Plaza Libertad area seemed very quiet and less noisy to accommodate us. Very convenient access from the airport or train station, thanks to the proximity to the tram (just 50 meters away). Marco's communication and kindness were unbeatable. Without a doubt it will be our accommodation in Firenze the next time we visit this beautiful city. Thank you!

The view here leaves you absolutely breathless. I can’t emphasize this enough. If you are coming to Tuscany to soak in the vistas, colors and textures book this Airbnb!!! I guarantee it alone is worth booking for! The interior is really nice and cozy too. The garden is perfect. And on top of all that the service was 5 star - very attentive and helpful. We will be back if life provides the opportunity.

We had an amazing stay at this private villa. The beautiful garden made the whole place feel like a little paradise. It was incredibly quiet and cozy, perfect for relaxing. The hosts were very welcoming and always ready to help. Highly recommend!

Lorenzo is a very nice guy, extremely helpful. First we were able to enjoy his culinary self-made welcome greetings, great! A great help was the self-made tourist guide with his personal. Tips on the highlights nearby but also from surrounding regions. On a comb, in a beautiful property, lies the pretty small villa, which only looks small externally due to its dreamy location on the slope. Inside, it is very spacious with high ceilings and flooded with light through the large glass surfaces. Lots of greenery all around (currently with wonderful color play and scent from the blue greenery). Premium is the view from the terrace - but I look out from the gate into the northwest. Valley in love. The 10 steps are a must have at sunset. Whether sea, Florence or San Gimignano - nothing further than an hour drive. If you are looking for peace away from the tourists, San Miniato is highly recommended. Definitely book! Mille Grazie Lorenzo

Absolutely beautiful location. Accomodation is lovely. Lorenzo was very kind and very responsive. Easy to get to, away from hustle and bustle of the city, we would definitely recommend staying here

A fantastic place in an excellent environment. The apartment can be described as stylish, pleasant, functional. The beds are comfortable, clean. The bathrooms and showers are fine. We could find also refreshments on arrival. The location is very favourable. You get everywhere by foot: railway station 20 min, Uffici 7 min, Dome 13 min. Some minor problems that can be easily fixed: the kitchen table had signs of intentional violence, the two irons we found were both broken, visibly damaged. We could also find only a few teaspoons. Internet was a bit slow. We were told to get instructions and more information via a QR-code. The code was not functioning nor the attached browser address. But there was also a physical folder with information that we found unfortunately only on the last day. As a conclusion: very recommendable.

We had a very enjoyable stay, Ilaria was very helpful and responsive. Only negative is that as this property is very near the piazza, the street can be quite loud until very late. However, closing the windows and shutters kept most of the noise out. All in all we loved the place!

Cosimo's apartment was wonderful. Visually, the exposed brickwork and wooden beams gave it a rustic feel but with contemporary furniture and a modern bathroom. Cosimo was there to great us on arrival and made the check-in process very easy. It was useful being on the ground floor (we walked from the train station with our luggage, which took about 20 minutes, and felt grateful not to have any stairs to climb). It was within walking distance of all the main sites in Florence and in a really beautiful part of town. We heard a few people walking past at night time once or twice, but no one particularly rowdy. The area is generally quiet and peaceful, despite being so centrally located. We would highly recommend Cosimo's apartment and would definitely come back here again.

This was a really wonderful apartment in an amazing location (close to everything, including the train station). The apartment was immaculate, spacious, and the bed very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer/dryer was super helpful as we like to pack light. Finally, it has the best shower of any Airbnb I have ever stayed in! Simona is very proactive with communication and was a pleasure to deal with. Besides the obvious things to do in Florence (Academy, Ufizzi, etc.), we took a day trip to Siena, took a bus to Fiesole and walked back (Fiesole is a suburb up on a hill which has a Roman/Etruscan archaeological site and museum, which are well worth visiting), and a wine tour (we did a hiking/wine tour in Chianti with Out of the Box Florence - recommended).

Superb location - both getting to and from the airport by tram as well as day to day tourist locations. Great cafes/bars to use minutes from the apartment.

All perfect and easy! Very cosy and nice apartment, ideal for a family of 4 like us visiting Florence for a family reunion. Lots of nice ottiene restaurants nearby , 10-15 minutes easy walk to Ponte Ve. Gio and the center. There is also a bus stop by the house. The private carpark was a real plus and Morena is always available and easy to reach fir useful advice or anything you might need.

Great location, very walkable and easy to access! Right in the heart of things. We were kept up one night by tenants over us, we could hear them walking around loudly and moving chairs and tables after 1 am. We told Sabrina and she helped out by messaging the owner of the property. It was quieter the next night.

Needed a quick, last-minute place to stay for the night in Florence, and this place was perfect! Host is super friendly and responds quickly. Right in the center of town too. Definitely recommend!

Lorena is a very attentive host! She received us with great affection, allowed early check-in, always responded to us quickly. The apartment is well located, close to the Duomo, with several restaurants around, including I recommend the restaurants located on the same street as the building, the two closest. Clean apartment, clean linens and everything comfortable! It was a great stay! I highly recommend it!
