Wonderful stay at the Villa among the vineyards in Panzano. Vicky, the host, is the owner of Le Fonti winery with the villa surrounded by their vineyards and olive groves. The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. The town of Panzano is very cute. We bought groceries at the Coop and made breakfast each morning, gathering in the cozy well equipped kitchen. There is a courtyard immediately outside the doors of the villa with a large table, and again amazing views. Our time in the villa was so relaxing! Though we went to several wineries, a highlight was a very personal tour of the winery, wine making process and wines by Vicky at Le Fonti. She spent time discussing/pouring the different wines, even bringing over the same wine from different years to show us the difference the weather/grape stress influences the final taste. Overall exactly what we wanted from a Tuscan experience and really enriched by an extremely friendly and knowledgeable host.

What a great place. Very quiet and beautiful views. We had a great time. We loved the serenity of the place. You do not hear anything but your own breathing😊. I can definitely recommend this house. You reach the house of road but that has its charme too!

Great stay. The host is amazing do thoughtful responsive and kind. Gave my kids presents and a cooked for us. Just the most thoughtful can’t describe her as a host in any other ways. The only problems we encountered was the air conditioning in two of the rooms and a hard time getting to the house. Ask her to send you her exact location bc we got super lost.

Beautiful house in a stunning location. Pool was great. Perfect for a large family. Owners were very helpful and available when needed. Rooms were hot overnight but this is expected in peak summer in Italy.

We had a lovely stay at Leonardos villa in the hills of the Tuscany. The place has different villas that are within walking distance of each other but with enough distance so that privacy is kept. The villa is very rustic and old, which creates the Italian charm, but of course ants also find their way into the house which you need to be aware of. We were not disturbed by that and loved the country- style feeling of the place!

Typical Italian House, very large with large bedrooms and equally large toilets. Being a typical Italian house, old though with good structure, it remembers those very large mansions... decor is felt in another time! Quiet place. Host is 5 stars, always responds promptly with solutions. The possibility to hire Lunch or Dinner service for some special event, in my case, a birthday that was a magical evening, with typical Tuscan dinner very well prepared, decorated, tasty with live music (jazz).

Stunning villa in a beautiful setting. Francesco gave excellent directions & the peace & tranquility out in the Tuscan countryside was wonderful. The villa is gorgeous scenic experience with views of the Tuscan hills. We came in Winter so we couldn’t use the lovely pool but enjoyed a wine tasting just up the street at Tenuta Maria Teresa. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and we loved congregating in the living room to play games. We cooked meals in the kitchen and had what we needed. It was very private and tranquil location 12 minutes from Lucca. The hosts were friendly, communicative, and worked with us easily on check in and out times even letting us arrive early. It is typical in Italy to pay for heat consumption, came out to 226 euro for three days even when turning it low when gone for the day so just something to keep in mind as it is a large villa. Overall, a lovely experience and highly recommend the location. We’d come back.

Elena's house is beautiful, the design is much better than it looks in the pictures, it's very spacious, with everything you need! the outdoor space, the garden and swimming pool are really great! we had great time!

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa. The home and the grounds were magical! The beauty of the property and stunning, endless Tuscan views are unmatched. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor eating areas and relaxing by the pool. Located within a short distance to the town of Greve and the walled city of Montefioralle, we were perfectly positioned to enjoy all that the area had to offer. Giovanni was an outstanding host. He left us a detailed packet with all the information we needed as well as all of the best places to visit and things to do in and around the area. He was responsive and helpful, taking care of any issue we had quickly and efficiently. Living spaces and bedrooms were spacious and generously appointed. We would absolutely return!

I cannot say enough about Christina and our stay. If you're looking for the "dream" Tuscan experience, this is IT! The home is filled with family heirlooms & amazing "things" that just make it very welcoming. Christina is EXTREMELY responsive and even helped us find a wheelchair for free from the local Emergency Dept. when my wife hurt ankle in Florence. Christina did a "cooking class & traditional meal" for us on Mother's Day and she was there for almost 7 hours. Best way to describe it was we became FRIENDS through the experience and during our week long stay. She checked on us often to ensure our stay was great! The views are spectacular from both the front and back of her home and, when we weren't exploring, we lived on the back deck just soaking in the peace and quiet & visual beauty. Landscaping is BEAUTIFUL I HIGHLY recommend the Villa AND Christina!. Better than than the photos and was imply the best overall AirBnB experience we've had. Truly OUTSTANDING in ALL ways!

A Tuscan Dream Come True! Claudia and Leonardo’s villa was everything we hoped for—and more! The house is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and a warm, inviting atmosphere that made us feel instantly at home. We stayed as an extended family of 9 & found it to be the perfect base for exploring the Tuscany region. The location is ideal—peaceful and picturesque, yet within easy driving distance of charming towns & wineries. We especially loved hanging out by the pool and enjoying long, leisurely meals outside in the evening. The outdoor spaces are just as lovely as the interior—perfect for relaxing, gathering, and soaking up the Tuscan sunshine. They are incredible hosts. Claudia surprised us with a homemade apple cake that was absolutely delicious, and they both offered wonderful recommendations that made our stay even more memorable. The wine tours they suggested were excellent, and hiring Chef Lorenzo for in-home dinners was amazing! Thank you! We hope to return again!

Very nice place with everything you need for a successful vacation. The kitchen and especially outdoor kitchen were well equipped to easily cook nice dinners for a bigger group. The pool was very nice. The house was clean and the bathrooms looked completely renovated. The best part was the hospitality of the owners. Very welcoming people that know the answer to all your questions about the area. Would recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!

Five friends made to feel very welcome to this beautiful spacious villa with a lovely pool set amongst olive groves. The scenery that surrounded us was beautiful. Invited to Mark's villa who shared his knowledge and history of the olive groves which was very interesting and the hospitality received was first class (vino and yummy bruschetta's). This was the perfect place to stay and would highly recommend.

We traveled with a family of 8 and this rental was more than we could have dreamed of. There was plenty of space with bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The grounds were luxurious, and we ordered the grocery service, so the kitchen accommodations were wonderful for breakfast and coffee. We enjoyed the welcome cocktail and evening pizza service as well. The host was extremely responsive to every request and helped us significantly with taxi service as well. We all had a wonderful, relaxing time! Thank you so much.

I have so much positive to say about this place! Despite what some reviews mention about the drive, it's absolutely worth it. There's a small restaurant just 2-3 minutes away, easy access to the city, and you're only about an hour from Pisa and some beaches. The house was perfect—everything well thought out and worth every penny. The pool was amazing, and the host was very responsive. If you're visiting in autumn or spring, bring warm clothes for the chilly evenings. We were sad to leave, and I can't wait to come back to this dreamy property!

Villa Elisa is a beautiful villa in a secluded spot. We had a great week in the villa. There is only one comment i would like to make and it is more something to consider for the owner: the temperature inside the house is too low. There is no way to heat it. We were lucky that the outside temperature was pleasant so we stayed most of the time outside.

A rare circumstance where both property and hosts exceeded our expectations. The house is spacious with lovely views and a patio and pool for exclusive use by guests. It is well stocked and appointed, including a pool table and multi-game arcade machine. Much appears recently renovated. For those wanting to cook traditional wood-fired pizzas, there are two outdoor ovens, plenty of wood, and a host at the ready to provide assistance as needed. Emanuele and his wife are excellent hosts - gracious and welcoming yet non-intrusive. They had a fantastic charcuterie board and wine ready on our arrival and helped us with guidance and reservations multiple times throughout the week. They live in the house next door, but you wouldn't know it. All in all, one of our best AirBnB experiences in nearly a decade of stays - very highly recommended!

We had a great stay and wished we didn’t have to leave. The views are absolutely beautiful and lovely gardens at the villa. Irida was very helpful with check-in instructions, local suggestions and responsiveness. Kitchen well stocked and in general the house was very well kitted out for large groups of people. absolutely amazing!! Francesca made us feel right at home. the place was amazing and we definitely want to come back. the property is beautiful and great if you want to play tennis , ping pong, or swim… super fun. Francesca was so sweet, gave us great recommendations, and helped us with all our questions. She even graciously helped our grandma get a doctor to see her when she sick. 10/10 amazing !

We've just arrived back in England after a lovely May half-term week at Monica's house - around 50 mins drive from Pisa airport. We are a family of four, so the kids shared the second bedroom and there was more than sufficient living space. The gardens are beautiful, pool clean and stylish and views amazing at the top of a hill. The air con was welcome as the weather hotted up and great selection of DVDs were very useful in the evenings. We were able to visit Florence, Siena and San Gimignano easily in our hire car. With local restaurants and supermarkets a short drive away, the house remained close enough to everything we needed yet far enough away from any town for it to give us the rest and peace we needed. Thank you Monica for sharing your home with us and the great recommendations and contact - we will definitely try to book again for any other trip to Tuscany.
