Casa Talamona

Casa Talamona is one of the oldest medieval residences within the old city walls in the center of Sala Capriasca (the birthplace of the well-known Swiss-Argentinian poet Alfonsina Storni). The grocery store and the public transport stop connecting Sala to Lugano are 50 meters away. The two-room apartment, which overlooks the private garden, is located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. It can accommodate up to 4 people and has a private parking lot in the immediate vicinity.

It is considered a strategic town, a few kilometers from Lugano and numerous tourist attractions (Splash&Spa, Lugano Lake, Mountain Bike excursions, Monte Tamaro, etc.). Close to many services such as: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ATMs, post offices and pharmacies. A few minutes' walk takes you to the main public transport (bus and train) and highway entrances.

This lovely little house was built in the early 19th century, and is fully renovated and luxuriously furnished. It lies in the exclusive district of Lugano - Castagnola, at the foot of Monte Bre’ , "the sunniest mountain in Switzerland", 50 meters from Lake Lugano, and with a splendid view over the lake and the majestic Mount San Salvatore. It is at the beginning of the idyllic path along the lake to Gandria, past the beautiful beach " San Domenico " and some romantic restaurants.

Dall' 01.09.25 al 29.05.26 e dal 01.09.26 al 01.06.27 nel soggiorno é compreso l'utilizzo dell'Hot Pot... immersi nell'acqua calda davanti ad una vista meravigliosa!

Il Grottino

The "grottino" (NL-00003565) is a small independent house consisting of two rooms: on the ground floor the living area with a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, on the first floor the sleeping area with a double bed. It can only accommodate two adults, a private parking space is available a few meters away. There's no TV. Quiet and sunny area, surrounded by greenery with a large garden for guests. 16 km from Lake Lugano, 12 km from Bellinzona and 25 km from Locarno.

Casa Berlinda, The detached rustic south-facing on a large forest and meadow property ensures comfort and well-being through the charming combination of rustic elements with modern comforts (all rooms have underfloor heating, shower bath and kitchen). The house is very quiet and you can reach it in about 7 minutes' walk uphill from the private parking lot or on foot from the public parking lot in Canedo in about 15 minutes on a flat path. There is no direct car access.
