The prime location is a perfect starting point for exploring all of the city’s most notable landmarks. The magical views from all rooms of this accommodation surround you in the beauty of Florence all day and night. There is a supermarket conveniently located 150 meters from the apartment. The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.

The apartment is in a large American vine house in the center of the town of Borgo San Lorenzo. The house consists of a double bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Outside there is a courtyard of gray stones and an organic garden full of vegetables grown with love and ancient flowers from other times. The accommodation is for two people, single or as a couple, but there is also the possibility to add a cot if there is a child present. The Mugello Valley has small treasures of rare beauty: the medieval village of Scarperia, the Romanesque parishes of Borgo S. Lorenzo, Sant'Agata and the small town of San Giovanni, the home of the painter Giotto in Vicchio. Green walks on the trails of the woods in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, the succulent tortello mumble with potatoes, Bilancino Lake near Barberino del Mugello. History, nature and, if you are passionate about motorcycles, there is also the Mugello International Racetrack. There are trains and buses to and from Florence From May 1, 2019 upon arrival, the payment of the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Borgo San Lorenzo will be required, in cash, equal to €1.50 per day per person, up to a maximum of 6 consecutive days. From the first day of May the hosts have to pay a tourist tax (for the municipality of Borgo San Lorenzo) when they arrive (with cash money). The tourist tax is 2.00 euros per day each person until the sixth day (from the seventh day is for free).
