This is a horse ranch in the foothills of El Dorado county, with a loft studio above the barn. It is comfortably furnished and has a true country feel! The barn and loft is very private & easy to socially distance if preferred. This lovely loft is available to rent year round. Be surrounded by nature and enjoy hiking, rafting, swimming, biking! You’ll be close to Yosemite, but also conveniently close to grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, and everything else this cute mountain town has to offer! We’re also very close to Bass Lake, and walking distance to Lewis Creek Trailhead, a National Forest trail featuring two waterfalls.

The Hideaway

The Hideaway is an enchanting one room casita situated on the outer crest of the property, The Confluence. Wake up to the sunrise with a lush *View* of the natural countryside from your private deck. The Hideaway is accessed by a foot path (200ft) from the Main House. The Private Bathroom is off of the Main House (200ft walk from the room). From the parking area to the room, it is roughly 400ft. There is no kitchen or cooking appliances other than a hot water kettle and a mini-frig.

We offer a unique experience for those interested in a beautiful and tranquil escape in the heart of the city. The cottage is at the back of our large garden with views of our beautiful urban farm with a pond, chickens and goats! Families with up to 2 children are best suited for the loft because of the low ceiling. No more than 2 adults please.
