In the very center of Granada, in one of the most emblematic and historical buildings, this penthouse with unsurpassed views has a spacious and elegant space where you can relax after an intense day. Thanks to the central location of this home, you and yours will have everything at your fingertips. Heat/cold radiant flooring. Penthouse REALEJO situated on a 4th floor. It boasts an amazing view of Granada and El Realejo. All windows and with the wooden ceiling abuhardillado, the light pours in, creating a unique space in which the feeling of peace is infinite. Very comfortable, it has a large living space with a dining area for six people. American kitchen, fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric stove, toaster, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, cooking tools, iron and clothesline. A spacious glazed terrace overlooking Granada and space to sit peacefully offer the guest a very nice living area independent of the living room. In this apartment we found two bedrooms. The main one features two large windows, one of which has wonderful views of the Realejo. One of the two bathrooms that make up the apartment we will find in suit in this bedroom, with window with wonderful views as well. The king size bed is 180 x 200 meters with a premium mattress. The second bedroom is made up of two 90 x 200-meter beds. This space is in abuhardillado, with a nice window that will make a beautiful light in the stay. The second bathroom also abuhardillado, has a closet where we will find the washing machine, clothesline, ironing board, etc. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed of 140 x 200 meters, so the apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests. We offer the option to leave the sofa already mounted as a bed, although if our guest prefers to do it, it will not involve any effort for the ease of the sofa to get to bed. The air conditioning of this apartment is by aerothermal, including the terrace. Wi-Fi, access restricted by security code, and TV smar tv. 3 minutes from the apartment we have a covered parking lot. The Trex parking lot, located in Plaza de los campo. 8 minutes walk we have a surface parking. Ave Maria parking in Calle Molinos. One of the most characteristic places in Realejo is Campo del Príncipe, located 400 meters (5 minutes walk) from the apartments. It was built by the Catholic Kings to celebrate their son Juan's wedding. The main focus is located on the statue of the Christ of the Favors, installed in 1640. It tells the story that between the years 1679 and 1682, the entire province of Granada was whipped by the Bubonic plague. However El Realejo was the least affected neighborhood and people thought it was due to the fact that they were praying before this statue. A devotion grew so great that even Archbishop Fray Bernardo de los Ríos Guzmán stated that, to anyone who prayed to the Christ of the Favors a Prayer and an Ave Maria, I would give him 40 days of forgiveness. Today, every Friday Good multitude of people congregate around for 3pm in point to pray and ask for three wishes. Once inside, in the hall we see that this has been preserved entirely original: the entrance door, tiles, marble stairs... The only modification/improvement was the installation of an elevator. Our intention from the beginning was to continue, through the furniture and decor, with the idea of bringing that personal touch. The one who only confers things when they are unique and self-crafted. We wanted it to be endearing, to transmit to our guests the illusion deposited in this project that was born out of nothing. So we got up to work. We manufacture furniture, make textiles, decoration... In this images you can appreciate how in a few months everything was taking shape until reaching the apartments that are today.

El apartamento está situado en una cuarta planta, en la zona media de la estación de esquí, frente a la primera parada del remonte Telesilla Parador I y a poca distancia de la pista Maribel. NO SE ALQUILA A MENORES DE 30 AÑOS, salvo comunicación y aceptación previa con el propietario. Esta acogedora unidad de 45 metros cuadrados tiene orientación sur y con vistas a las pistas de esquí, lo que hace que el apartamento sea muy luminoso. La unidad está completamente amueblada y equipada con todo lo necesario para una agradable estancia (wifi, lavadora, calefacción centralizada y programada, etc.) La entrada es autónoma, mediante claves de acceso. En el precio va INCLUIDO la ropa de cama, toallas (2 por persona), edredones y productos básicos. DESCRIPCIÓN: -ENTRADA: se localiza un armario para chaquetones, zona para esquíes, termo eléctrico de 70 LITROS, productos de limpieza, plancha y una tabla de planchar. -CUARTO DE ASEO: dispone de plato ducha de 90 cm, botiquín, gel de baño, champú, secador de pelo, lavadora, tendederos plegables y mueble para botas de esquiar. - SALÓN: tiene un ventanal de 3 metros con vistas a las pistas de esquí y orientación sur por lo que es muy soleado. Tiene un sofá de tres plazas, un butacón, una mesa comedor con cuatro sillas, una mesa pequeña, Smart TV, juegos y libros. - COCINA: está integrada en el salón y dispone de: vajilla, menaje de cocina, placa de inducción, tostadora, hervidor de agua, microondas, batidora, cafetera de filtro y artículos básicos (café, azúcar, vinagre, sal, pimienta, infusiones, etc.). - DORMITORIOS: el principal tiene una cama de 135 cm y el otro dormitorio con dos camas de 80 cm (litera abatible). Entre ambos hay un pasillo con un VESTIDOR para ropa, maletas, una caja fuerte de código que Usted puede programar y almohadas de distinta dureza. - CALEFACCIÓN: está centralizada y programada. Antes de su llegada, se conectará para un mayor confort. Hay un radiador en cada dormitorio (600w + 600w), en el aseo (350w) y en salón (1500w), lo que le da una gran calidez al apartamento. -El apartamento se alquila completo, para uso exclusivo de los huéspedes. - La parada del Telesilla Parador I se localiza frente al edificio. En esta misma parada puede comprar el forfait o recoger el que haya reservado por internet. La pista Maribel se localiza a unos 70 metros aproximadamente. -En el mismo edificio en la planta tercera tengo otro apartamento anunciado en esta web. -La ocupación ideal es de 3 huéspedes pero admitimos un máximo de cuatro al mismo precio (en ese caso lo notifican para prepararlo para cuatro huéspedes). -Estamos dados de alta como VUT (Vivienda de Uso Turístico) en la Junta de Andalucía. Por ello estamos obligados a solicitar un registro de viajeros que se envía a la web de la policía. - No se admiten MASCOTAS. -No se permite realizar FIESTAS ni hacer ruidos molestos para los vecinos. - El incumplimiento de estos apartados será motivo de cancelación del contrato. - Por favor, NO FUMEN en el apartamento ni con las ventanas abiertas, ni en la escalera del edificio. Si fuman, el olor a tabaco permanece en la casa y necesitaremos una limpieza especial y airear el piso durante horas, con lo que perderemos calor en la casa. En caso de fumar lo notificaremos a AIRBNB para que tome las medidas oportunas y les solicite una indemnización de 75€ por los problemas ocasionados.

Penthouse de calidad excepcional, de 250 m2, con 3 dormitorios, 3 baños, 2 salones, 4 terrazas y una piscina privada. El apartamento tiene vistas a la Alhambra, a la Catedral y al Albaicin. Cocina muy completa, comedor para 10 personas. Los interiores están decorados en un estilo contemporáneo, donde los colores neutros y obras de arte originales se combinan con el efecto rústico de los acabados en madera. Los techos altos proporcionan un gran sentido de luminosidad y del espacio. El salón dispone de un conjunto de ventanas de doble acristalamiento con vistas a la Alhambra. Amueblado por un amplio sofá, mesa de café y TV. El salón tiene acceso directo a la primera terraza - con una mesa de comedor y sillas. Vistas desde la terraza a la Alhambra y la Catedral. Hay una sala de estar adicional en la segunda planta, con 2 sofás-cama y TV. El comedor cuenta con una gran mesa y sillas para 10 personas y está al lado de la cocina,totalmente equipada con todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos principales de alta calidad. Destacamos: horno, lavadora-secadora, lavavajillas, nevera y congelador. Tres habitaciones. Hay dos dormitorios dobles y una habitación dos camas. Cada una de las habitaciones dobles cuenta con una cama king size de matrimonio (180 x 200 cm - tamaño de US Queen). Las camas individuales son 90x200cm. Todas las habitaciones disponen de armarios empotrados, y tienen acceso a 2 terrazas con muebles de jardín y vistas a la Alhambra. Tres cuartos de baño. Dos cuartos de baño con hidromasaje, y un cuarto de baño con bañera. El apartamento tiene aire acondicionado centralizado (frío / calor), doble acristalamiento y calefacción por suelo radiante. Acceso gratuito a Internet WIFI. No hay acceso directo al apartamento por ascensor. Entrando en el apartamento, a la derecha, está la terraza principal, con una piscina privada - que se puede utilizar durante todo el año (no climatizada). La terraza de la piscina está amueblada con muebles de jardín: mesa, sillas, sombrilla y 2 tumbonas - un lugar perfecto para un buen baño, tomar el sol y disfrutar de las vistas.
