A bright duplex with a kitchen, private terrace and excellent views. It is located on the second floor and there is no elevator.

It is a sustainable house and independent of the city's energy, which means that we operate with solar panels. We enjoy privileged views of nature. It is essential that you come with your own car. Due to the layout of the house, it is not suitable for people with mobility issues. Heating with a wood stove. Natural pool with cool spring water.
