The apartment is situated on the 9th floor, offering breathtaking views over the Bad Reichenhall Alpine panorama, framed by the Hochstaufen, Untersberg and Predigtstuhl mountains. Alongside other attractions, such as the Rupertus Thermal Spa, the picturesque old town of Bad Reichenhall is only a few minutes’ walk away.

It is located in the middle of the recreational area of the city of Salzburg and is surrounded by several small lakes (including a free swimming lake). Although a small piece outside the center, you are with the trolleybus (15-minute intervals) within 15 minutes (without changing) in the middle of the old town or center of Salzburg. The exhibition center and the Salzburg Arena are only 1 km from the apartment.

Centrally located a few minutes' drive from Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. Berchtesgaden can be reached in around 20 minutes. A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

You live at the foot of the Alps directly on the ascent to the Zinnkopf, in a traffic-calmed side street, but are in 10 minutes walk in the village center. For your car we have a lockable garage. You reach the newly built vacation home via your own staircase. Once here, you will find a 15 sqm roofed terrace with all the amenities for lounging, eating and sundowning.. On 50sqm living you can make yourself comfortable (2 adults, 2 children + baby).

Time out in Chiemgau

Enjoy your time away from home in one of the cozy Nurdach houses of the Vorauf holiday park. The holiday park is situated in a quiet location in the Alpine foothills of the Chiemgau. The house (type Oslo) has 83 m² and stands on a plot of about 750 m². The house is my own home, which I have lovingly renovated in recent years and rent out during my work trips. Around the holiday park there are many excursion options for the whole family.

Tiny House Bergen Schwesterchen Willkommen in unserem, mit viel Liebe selbstgebauten, Tiny House. Wir hoffen, dass ihr euch genauso wohl fühlt, wie wir. Unter dem großen Dach befindet sich ein zweites Tiny House, "Brüderchen", welches auch über Airbnb buchbar ist. Beide Tinys haben eine eigene Terrasse, teilen sich jedoch ein Dach sowie einen gemeinsam nutzbaren Raum in der Mitte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie den großen Garten.

With a lot of love for detail, renovated in 2024, in the heart of the Chiemgau. The apartment is located in the Vorauf vacation park (83313 Siegsdorf) and can accommodate 2 people. The apartment has a nice and well-equipped kitchenette, a comfortable sitting and dining area and a large, 1.80 m wide bed, a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi and a spacious balcony, with beautiful outdoor furniture. Our guest apartment is on the second floor of an old town house in the heart of Hallein and offers a nice view of the pedestrian zone. Shops, bakeries, cafes, ice cream parlors and restaurants with beautiful gardens are practically at your doorstep. The medieval salt and Celtic city of Hallein is considered the “little sister” of the cultural city of Salzburg, which can be reached by S-Bahn in approx. 20 minutes.
