This gorgeous Stone cottage has been built from the local stone collected from the surrounding land. Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. The bathrooms have floor heating to keep you cosy in winter. Enjoy beautiful views across our secluded little valley from your private balcony or the outside eating area. Attached cottage on acreage three minutes from town and beach. Very quiet with rural and ocean views. Lovely established gardens. Lush paddocks, friendly cows, duck pond, a working farm set on 20 acres so plenty of room for walks but only 2 minutes drive to Gerringong shops and the beach. Perfect for a beach or rural escape or just sit and read a book on the sun drenched verandas. Suitable for wheelchair access and for children.
