Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Shkodër

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt bei Ditmar. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht und sie ist schön groß. Man muss ein bisschen die Hitze gut vertragen können wenn man im August bucht, da die Temperaturen sehr hoch sind. Man kann umliegend alles gut zu Fuß erreichen und man ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stadtkern entfernt. Auch parken ist kein Problem im August. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt vor Ort mit großem Obststand. Auch alle umliegenden Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich. Ditmar war immer sofort erreichbar und gab Tips für Unternehmungen.

Ditmar a été un hôte très très sympathique et très reactif. Nous avons rencontré des petits soucis électriques et Ditmar et sa famille se sont tous mobilisés pour régler rapidement le problème. La maison est extrêmement bien placée dans un endroit très agréable.

Ev yeni restorasyon yapılmış. İçindeki bütün eşyalar yeni alınmış. Bütün odalarda klimalar var. Evde iki adet çift kişilik yatak var. Ve iki yatak odası salon, mutfak ve ayrı mutfak bulunmakta. Her şeye anında dönüş yapılıyor. Manzara yok. Bahçesi güzel ve bakımlı. Teşekkür ederim

We stayed a couple of nights at Dori's place and it was great ! Very nice house with garden, walking distance from the lovely city center of Shkoder. Our host and his parents were really nice and we felt very comfortable. We arrived with our motorcycle and it was possible to park it inside their garage, which is a big plus for us. Dori is a very nice and positive guy who can suggest the best places to see and visit. It's a very good value for money and we can only recommend it for any travelers !

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour chez Roze. Les chambres et salles de bain étaient exactement comme sur les photos, spacieuses et impeccablement propres. Le jardin est agréable, on peut garer son véhicule dans l'enceinte de la propriété ce qui est super et le centre ville est accessible à pieds en 15 minutes. Nous avons aussi aimé l'ambiance vivante et conviviale de la maison avec les autres voyageurs où se mêlent toutes les générations, c'est vraiment sympa. Le top est la douce présence de Kathrina qui vient régulièrement nettoyer et s'occuper de la maison de façon remarquable et qui est un trésor de gentillesse. Cerise sur le gâteau, l'endroit est un excellent choix rapport qualité/prix. Nous recommandons chaudement.

We waren bij aankomst erg moe. Deze ruimte was voor ons een fijne plek om tot rust te komen. Prachtig gelegen aan het meer met mooie zonsondergang. We voelden ons welkom!

Ares was very helpful in assisting me in my journey to and from the village. There's a lovely view from the balcony at the house, and the bed was very comfy. As people have mentioned there isn't really anything to cook with, but there are a few restaurants in Zogaj and another couple a short walk from the house back towards Shkoder, all of which are nice enough and good value. Overall, it's a lovely place to unwind as the village and the lake is beautiful and the locals are very friendly :)

Dona was the sweetest host—friendly, responsive, and always nearby if we needed anything. The apartment is spotless, fully renovated, and feels just like home. Amazing location, steps from the market and minutes from the beach. The pool was a great bonus. I highly recommend staying here! Dona ishte një pritëse shumë e dashur—shumë e afërt, e gatshme për t’u përgjigjur dhe gjithmonë pranë nëse na duhej diçka. Apartamenti ishte i pastër kristal, i rinovuar plotësisht dhe të bënte të ndiheshe si në shtëpi. Vendndodhja është e mrekullueshme, vetëm pak hapa larg tregut dhe disa minuta me makinë nga plazhi. Pishina në ndërtesë ishte një bonus i shkëlqyer. E rekomandoj shumë të qëndroni këtu

Tati is a perfectly accommodating host. We had some minor communication issues initially but everything turned out all right and we perhaps abused his hospitality in the end. The place is very clean, the roof terrace amazing but acoustics and WiFi could be a little better.

Foarte frumoasa zona cu multa vegetatie, brazi inalti si maslini. pentru ca voiam aventura iar Mala Plaza nu ne-a placut pentru ca era prea urbana si aglomerata ne-am aventurat pe o carare paralela cu marea pana la Velika Plaza pe jos. A fost deliciul vacantei. Pentru cibe iubeste drumetiile e minunat. Cam 3 km de plimbare prin padure in cea mai mare parte si apoi ajungi la cea mai lunga di frumoasa plaja din Ulcinj. Despre cazare pot spune ca am avut tot ce ne-a trebuit, curat si primitor. Ia pe catelul familiei l-am adorat.

Super freundlich und nett sehr empfehlenswert

Great apartment, very clean. They really thought of everything (e.g. plenty of room for drying clothes/towels after the beach, fully stocked kitchen, big closets for clothes...). Seka was a wonderful host, available for any questions we might have and very responsive! It's great that they have a parking spot, it's right in front of the apartment, we drive a station wagon car and it could fit, however, I am not sure if a bigger car/SUV could fit easily. All in all a great place that we hope to visit again one day and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Das Haus war wie beschrieben wunderschön. Wir waren mit 3 Familien dort und waren alle sehr zu Frieden. Bäckerei, Obststände und einen kleinen Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Latif war immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Nur auf den Straßen von Montenegro war nur Stau. Von A nach B zu fahren war sehr anstrengend. Leider gab es abends sehr viele Mücken.

La villa était tout simplement magnifique, très bien entretenue et conforme aux photos. Le cadre était parfait pour se détendre. Les hôtes étaient très disponibles, à l’écoute et toujours réactifs à nos besoins. On sent qu’ils sont vraiment attentifs aux moindres détails pour garantir un excellent séjour. Je recommande vivement !

The place is beautiful, just as it appears in the pictures. check in & out where smooth. A great Quiet & Private place to stay while still being just outside a city if you want to buy stuff or go to restaurants and also a short drive to the beach. perfect place for a holiday

Notre séjour à la Villa Serenity a été parfait. La villa, moderne, élégante, de très bon gout, bénéficie d'une vue époustouflante sur le lac. Elle est encore plus belle que sur le site. Calme absolu, piscine agréable, aménagements intérieurs impeccables. On trouve à proximité d'excellents restaurants et c'est une bonne localisation pour découvrir le nord de l'Albanie. La signalétique pour y arriver peut être améliorée.

Gospodarze byli bardzo pomocni i szybko reagowali na prośby zgłaszane przed jak i w trakcie pobytu. Willa jest świetna, idealna dla grupy 8-10 osób, basen czysty, jedyny dość duży problem to brak klimatyzacji w dwóch pokojach, jednak przy lipcowych upałach, nawet przy wentylatorach ciężko było wytrzymać i spać w pokoju.. Dom znajduje się dość daleko od centrum i trasa ok 30 min nie należy do najłatwiejszych ze względu na liczne górki, my daliśmy radę nawet z wózkami. Można poprosić o podwózkę taxi, koszt to ok 15 euro lub dobrą opcją jest wynajem auta i zwiedzanie okolicznych miejscowości. Ogromnym plusem tej okolicy jest cisza spokój i widok na morze oraz piękna prywatna plaża (te miejskie w sezonie są strasznie zatłoczone z ciemnym piaskiem). Generalnie oceniamy pobyt bardzo pozytywnie i z chęcią byśmy wrócili ponownie lub zostali dłużej.

Where do I start with this incredible stay? When my family and I arrived we were immediately greeted with a warm welcome from our host and the abundance of friendly cats and dogs that lived there. We were blown away by the view overlooking lake Shkoder and thrilled to be directed to a path where we could go for an evening swim. We were made to feel very at home with a clean apartment and the restaurant quite literally on our doorstep where they offered us an array of food including fresh fish and vegetables from their own garden. In the morning they provided us free traditional breakfast and recommended us activities to do nearby. I definitely recommend this place and wish we could have brought the cats home with us!

Провели на вилле 8 прекрасных ночей. Дом расположен в очень тихом районе города. С прекрасным видом на море, вечером можно любоваться закатами. В пешей доступности находятся несколько пляжей. До старого города 10 мин пешком. Всем рекомендую посетить этот прекрасный объект. Отличный хозяин, все рассказали, дали инструкции по досугу в Ульцине. Остались очень довольны.

Thank you so much for having us, we were here a week and it was calm and tranquil with a fantastic view and stunning weather. the nearby town of ulcinj is a hidden gem in my opinion, and we enjoyed exploring. we were treated by the host to home grown potatoes and spring onions, and they were superb. felt very well treated by the hosts. fortunately we were driving in Montenegro and so this secluded gem was perfect for us up it's narrow winding road. would happily recommend or return. thanks again for making a part for our wonderful holiday
