Very friendly host, we received a lot of recommendations. Super nice apartment, modern, spacious and comfy. We felt very comfortable here.

Хозяйка Весна очень душевно нас приняла! Дом очень комфортный, чистый и наполнен всем необходимым. В холодильнике нас ждали подарки, а также иногда по утрам нас угощали свежесрезаным инжиром. Раз в 2 дня у нас убирались, что было неожиданно и очень приятно. В доме 3 комнаты, 2 с/у, большой зал, большой балкон. Нас было 6 человек и всем было очень удобно и просторно в доме. Также в распоряжении была куча полотенец, которыми можно было пользоваться дома. (Так что можете брать полотенца только для пляжа.) Балкон и вид с него- просто вау! Каждый наш завтрак был с прекрасным видом на море. Один из нас заболел и Весна принесла градусник и таблетки, хоть это и было поздно ночью. Потом очень заботилась и спрашивала о больном. Когда начался шторм, а нас не было дома, хозяйка зашла и убрала все наши вещи, которые мы повесили сушиться, чтобы они не намокли. Рядом с домой всегда есть свободный, бесплатный паркинг. Это большой плюс, потому что паркинг- это реальная проблема в Черногории. 10 минутах от дома есть 3 пляжа (и песок, и камень), супермаркет, рынок и главная улица. Мы настолько в восторге и от дома и от Весны, что теперь если приедем в Ульцин, то обязательно в этот дом! Это очень крутое место. Советуем всем! Благодарим Весну от всей души! От Гоши, Ани, Никиты, Вани, Насти и Артёма! We were hosted very sincerely! The house is comfortable, clean and was equipped with everything you need (even about 10 towels for home usage). There were some presents for us from hosts in a fridge (two bottles of water, one pack of juice and a bottle of local wine). Also, hosts gave us some fruits from their garden several times. They did the cleaning every two days, what was unexpected, but pleasant. There are 3 rooms in a house, 2 WCs, kitchen and diner room. We came as a group of 6 and there were a lot of place for everyone. A balcony and a view from it was amazing! Every breakfast was held there with a great seaview. One day one of us got sick and a host Vesna brought thermometer and pills, although it was almost 12 a.m. Next few days she worried about that sick gay, what was cute. When the storm began and we weren't at home, hosts came to the balcony and took off all the clothes and put them into the house. Near the house there a free parking lot, and that's a big advantage of this place, because parking is the one of the most annoying thing in Ulcinj and Montenegro. 10 minutes walking from the house there are 3 different beaches (sandy and stone ones), supermarket, market with local fruits and vegetables and the main street with lots of caffees, restaraunts and bars. We are so delighted with the house and hosts, especially! If we return to Ulcinj, we'll certainly go to Vesna Apartments again. Awesome place, definitely. Vesna, thanks a lot! Absolutely incredible property! We had the most amazing time here. Even more stunning than the photos in person. So beautiful and serene waking up to such amazing views over the lake and watching the paddleboarders and boats from above. Thank you! My only advice would be the walk back up is extremely steep so I’d advise renting a car or using North Taxi - fantastic local taxi service. 10/10 stay!

We enjoyed the stay in the old town. The apartment is a romantic place. Thanks to the host who did pick us up and guide as to parking and the place making it a relaxed experience.

everything was perfect from the start! the view from the rooftop is incredible and Driton and his family were super kind and helpful! If I get the chance to visit Ulcinj once more, I’ll definitely book here again! Loved everything, fresh towels each day. So close from many beaches around and close to all the tourists spots in the area. Loved it!

Our stay at Drago’s place was amazing. Drago and his mother are excellent hosts! They took us home from the bus station and helped us with our bags. They were very hospitable and responsive all the time. The apartment itself is perfect – fully equipped with furniture and appliances, clean and fresh, bright and spacious. The kitchen has everything one may need for cooking. There are a lot of spaces inside the house, where you can spend time with your friends and chill - living room, terraces with picturesque view. As usual, the key to the beautiful view is the location on high ground, so you must be prepared to quite steep uphill road :)

Жилье чистое, светлое, вид из окна на море, тихо, есть парковка, интернет, бассейн, небольшая кухня, удобный матрас на кровати, полотенца в ванной. Из нюансов: до пляжа пешком далеко и это в гору с крутым подъёмом, до магазина тоже идти минут 10 - 15 в гору, на машине нет проблем доехать до пляжей и магазинов. Заранее подготовтесь оплатить туристический сбор, мы этот момент упустили при заселении и нам о нем не напомнили, хорошо что при выезде не возникло проблем.

The accommodation was great, with a wonderful view and a great location. Beach, shops and promenade, all just a few minutes from the room. I recommend the accommodation. The only minus was the evening noise from the disco club on the beach, but neither the owner nor the accommodation is responsible for that.

Расположение супер. Вид с террасы шикарный 🏖⛰. Шаговая доступность городского пляжа, старого города, магазинов и массы кафе и ресторанов на любой вкус и кошелёк . Хозяева гостеприимные и приятные в общении, живут ниже, при этом вообще не пересекаются с жильцами 😊, т.к. отдельные входы. Но в случае вопросов или каких проблем «докричаться» до них легко. Все чисто, полный набор кухонной посуды, для любителей готовить самостоятельно все есть. Рядом с домом есть возможность парковать авто. Рекомендуем для комфортного отдыха.

Zoran er en veldig hyggelig vært med rask responstid! Stedet ligger veldig sentralt med flott utsikt over gamlebyen og gangavstand (3 min) til stranden.

Hallo Wir waren in der Zeit von 15-29 August zur Urlaub.Das kleine Haus mit 3 Zimmern und Bad ist echt geräumig und bietet gut Platz für 5 Personen. Küche hat was man so zum Leben braucht. Leider ist der Stand etwas weit entfernt und wir müssten jeden Tag mit Auto fahren trotzdem war es sehr schön. MfG

The best place we have stayed so far in Montenegro. The host is super nice and his Mother who greeted us is as well. Place was spotless and the beds and linens high quality. Everything you need is in the apartment and it was nice being downtown but also having a big yard for our dogs. Stayed only a few days but felt very comfortable.

Отличная квартира с шикарным видом, близко к пляжу и достопримечательностям. Хозяин был всегда на связи и быстро решал возникшие проблемы. На пляжной линии есть бар, который включает музыку на весь город с 22:00 до 24:00. Будьте к этому готовы, но это не вина хозяина квартиры. Из минусов нет соли, сахара, кофе, чая в квартире. Если вы хотите что-то готовить, нужно все брать с собой, включая масло и тд.

This is simply a wonderful place! Kol and Meri are the perfect hosts. We felt at home from the very beginning. As a group of five (3 adults, 2 young kids) we had a quiet and relaxed time. The garden and the pool are perfect. Easy to walk down to the lake side and lots of activities along the lake. 10 out of 10 for us. We hope to come back soon.

Het is een prachtig, goed onderhouden huis met een geweldige tuin en een heerlijk zwembad. Vanaf het grote balkon heb je een geweldig uitzicht over het meer en zie je iedere avond de zon ondergaan. Binnen is het lekker koel Het huis is niet makkelijk bereikbaar als je slecht ter been bent want er zijn veel trappen.

This place is absolutely stunning! Karin and her husband were so kind to my girlfriends and I. Karin is a true Wonder Woman, she does it all! Her husband was also kind enough to give us tips on where to eat in town and how to best get around. The rooms were clean and the views were THE BEST you'll get in Ulcinj. We also loved that there were robes for everyone upon arrival. In addition, from the space, you can walk down to the restaurant which also connects to the pool. We loved the food at the restaurant and the coffee in the morning and the ease of using accessing the pool. Helpful tip - this Airbnb is the penthouse of Hotel Fryeburg.

superbe endroit, même mieu qu'en photos. Très grand et vue incroyable sur le lac, des levés et couché de soleil à coupé le souffle .. seul bémol pas d'eau chaude dans la salle de bain avec le jacuzzi et un volet de la chambre du bas défectueux. Je l'ai directement signalé et un technicien est venu pour rétablir l'eau chaude j'étais censé attendre 2h que ca chauffe mais ca n'a jamais fonctionné.. a part ca super et l'hôtel est très réactif
