Family-friendly holiday rentals in Shkodër

My family, a total of 7 people, were guests at Liubov's. The villa is fantastic, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large terrace and a pool. The location is great, you walk a few steps to the sea, the nearest small beach is also within walking distance. However, you need a car to go shopping or eat out. The view of the sea from the villa is magnificent. We were guests for 12 days, the whole villa was cleaned once, the beds were freshly made. The towels were changed very often, you don't have to bring bath towels from home, everything is available. The hostess is always available, she helps immediately with the smallest problem. We really enjoyed our vacation and would book with Liubov again at any time:)

Mint condition apartment as described in listing. Mesmerizing view from the balcony. My family enjoyed the Easter break and Misha was very responsive on all queries raised. I will surely come back for another holiday. Didn't find anything to complain about...

It's awesome place, nice design, brilliant panoramic view. Good kitchen, nice TV, good barbecue place and nice chill zone with panoramic view. Also as a pros excellent bad with fantastic pillows, my sleep was perfect. From cons i would recommend to be prepared to be isolated, it's not walkable to Budva center, only by car. If you are more than 4 then you need 2 cars to go there and back and it already doesn't worth it. It's just matter of preferences, on the other side you won't have such panoramic overview. In general we had a nice stay and no problems, just sometimes wanted to be more closer to the center.

Tamara is a wonderful host. This is the first time I have seen such an open, kind and easy to communicate host as Tamara. Very attentive to details in the house, explained and showed everything. Her house is charming, super cozy, lots of kitchen appliances and devices, impeccable wooden furniture and bed linen. Even the curtains match the bedspread. 😍 the house looked exactly like in the photo, in the description and even better! A big plus is the hamam, especially in rainy weather it is very pleasant to warm up. The territory is completely private, you can safely spend time both in the house and on the territory near the house. Check-in and check-out times were flexible, this is a huge plus! Despite the fact that my friends and I stayed only one night, Tamara left us a welcome gift of wine and candy. I was touched, especially considering that it was my birthday.

I wish I could give a 6-star rating for Mirjam's communications. She was not only hyperresponsive but also made a sincere effort to anticipate and understand potential needs. I have not seen this level of support before.

Aleksandars place in cold bay is an absolute dime! The location in the bay could not be better and I had the most peaceful month there. Since I went outside of the high season there were only very few but friendly people there and Aleksandar was easy to communicate with if there were questions. Cannot recommend enough!

It was probably one of the best Airbnb experiences for me and all my 11 friends! Zeljiko was kind, extremely friendly and very nice. He is an absolutely great host and the villa looks like it's in the middle of a botanical garden! One of the best trips so far! I highly recommend villa Duda!

The apartment which we was living in for two weeks was exactly as on the pictures. It had everything that we needed. Host was very hospitable and helpful. We felt that host is taking care of us. If we needed anything, we was getting immediate help and advice. We can truly reccomend this place.

Been here for a week with 6 people. We enjoyed the peace, space and an incredibly beautiful view, which we already miss. It's very private so you can be there 100% yourself. Communication was fantastic. Always the same response and extremely helpful. They do everything they can to make everyone feel at home. Instructions are clear and complete. Lots of info about what to do. From the villa you walk down in 6min, where there are several restaurants with good, affordable food(€70 for 6p). Also a cozy supermarket of 2 brothers who were also our taxi drivers during our vacation. North taxi is not to be missed if you are staying here. They make a party every affordable ride and are always there for you with fun ideas to make your vacation complete. Shkodër is a cozy town, a 20 min drive. Albania was the 1st time, but we will definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

The place was very nice, clean, spacious, we were 15 people and there was enough space for everyone. The owner is very friendly and nice, even though he lived with us he didn't bother us at all. 5 stars in all respects, our stay was beyond our Expectations.

Staying at Tijana’s place for a month was absolutely incredible! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities needed for a long-term stay. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to the grocery store, atm, transport and Gora park. Easy 20-25 minutes walk to the city center. We loved starting our mornings on the serene balconies and working in the bright, airy space with reliable WiFi. We didn’t get to utilize the shared pool but it was clean and maintained regularly. The greenhouse with fresh vegetables was a bonus. Tijana and her family truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming home away from home.

The swimming pool was pristine and kept clean every day by a friendly groundskeeper. The villa felt like a hidden gem, far enough from the hustle and bustle but still conveniently located to explore the local attractions. Ivan is a wonderful host. Very clear and quick communication. We would hughly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a serene, luxurious retreat in Montenegro. You won't be disappointed!

Amazing stay would highly recommend. The place was stunning just like the photos. Our host Maria met us on arrival and showed us round the place. Even went out of the way to take our passports to sort our city tax which took over an hour. Steep hill to walk up to the apartment but taxis provided by Maria picked and dropped us off very promptly for just around 3 euros each way. Maria was a very responsive host going out of her way to answer any questions I had to make our stay most enjoyable. Will definitely be coming back.

A traditional house in the style called 'ethno'......This airbnb is the place to go.....The friendliest host Neda will say "Hello".....And Snoopy the dog such an handsome fellow....Spotlessly clean with hints off yellow.....Like a canvas by Picasso..... Prsut, homemade cheese and balls off dough.....served with loze and vino 'crno'.....the perfect place to relax and feel mellow! :)

We had a wonderful couple of nights at this beautiful home. The location and views were incredible and the family went out of their way to make it special and were very attentive. We visited in April and the pool was freezing cold, and not possible to swim in with children, but we had expected this due to the time of year. The accommodation was simple but effective and it was a great base for exploring the coastline.
