This is by all accounts a fabulous place to stay. If you can overlook the dishevelled main entrance and the Effingut offices on the same floor, all is good.. Once you close the front door it's an oasis.. Plenty of hot water clean as can be with all the bits and pieces anyone will need for a weekend away. This really is a special place and highly recommended. Private and peaceful are the added bonus..

I had a great stay at Sarabjeet’s place. The room was clean, peaceful, and very well-maintained, making it a comfortable experience overall. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Sarabjeet was a wonderful host, very prompt and helpful in his responses, which added to the ease of the stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm and well-managed stay in the Baner-Pashan area.

Ashwinis place was exactly as listed. Very clean and really close to the airport. The place was easily accessible through uber and ola and swiggy. Ashwini was easy to talk to and very responsive!

First of all I will like to thank Sulekha mam for such a pleasant and wonderful stay. She was really helpful and responsive. She instructed properly to find the location. Property location is really good and many good restraunts and hangout places are at walking distance. She kept the milneral water and milk in fridge which was a nice touch. Every equipment was as mentioned here and working properly. Maid came daily for cleaning and home is properly maintained. This was such a nice find beyond my expectations and I will definetely book it blindly for the next trip.

The place is nice, cozy and comfortable, just the way we expected it to be. All basic amenities were well provided. Also, Yash has been a wonderful host. Very responsive and helpful. Provided assistance everything we asked for, at the earliest possible. Had a great time. Would love to visit the place again, when in Pune.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. One of the highlights for us was the kitchen—it had absolutely everything we needed, and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into stocking it. From utensils to appliances, everything was in place and made cooking a breeze. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped home away from home! 🏡

Sonya & Harneet were extremely good hosts and super responsive. Thank you both! The place was just what we needed. We enjoy eating home cooked food and the Kitchen had all essentials with a provisions store just outside the building. The place was cozy, the queen bed & additional bed was also comfortable. We completely utilized the washing machine. The quality of the clips for securing the clothes while drying is worth a shout. The bath room had full sized shampoo and shower gel bottles unlike in most other places where they keep smaller packs. This was totally hassle free. A servant maid, Ganga madam, would come and clean the place in a blitz and would speak kannada - my wife was very happy :). We were supposed to stay only for couple of nights but ended up staying a little extra and did some local tours also whilst managing work also. So, overall, it was a great experience. If we come to Kharadi area again, we will definitely opt to stay here.

Wonderful stay guys ..! I have been staying 🏠 here for last 4 times and every time the experience Is becoming better ! The garden 🪴 on the back makes your morning more fresh 💕 I recommend every on to take this experience atleast once ❤️🧿 And the lady on the desk miss sayali is always responsive and helpful to everyone 🧿

Well I came all the way from Kerala for a training along with my parents and 2 kids and I wanted a place that was safe clean homely and also space for my kids to play . And it had all that, and the inside was so cool even though the heat was too much outside. All kitchen utensils were there though we had bought along some of our own , supermarkets were close by at walkable distance. But the traffic in the area was too much ,which probably will decrease once the over bridge is functioning. They also have a maid who sweeps and cleans the floor daily. Over all it’s a good comfortable and homely stay.

The hosts were very helpful and the apartment was kept in a good condition.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Baner. The space was exactly as shown in the photos clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished. It had all the essential amenities, which made my stay really comfortable. The location is great too, with easy access to cafes, restaurants, and local stores, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. The host was polite, responsive, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout the stay. Overall, a great experience I’d happily book this place again!

Smita is an amazing host! So caring and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She left welcome goodies and a fridge with essentials for breakfast the next day. She was always quick to respond and so helpful with recommendations. We were here for Rimyi and the intensive at Gymkhana and the location worked out great, particularly as it was a short walk to Rimyi. Smita’s staff were also super helpful. It was also nice to have two rooms separated by a lot of space as my friend and I travelled together. We also each had our own bathroom. There are delicious fruit sellers and OM supermarket close by as well as Ishan Pure Veg restaurant which is actually very good. Thank you!!

Very easily accessible location from airport, railway station, metro etc lots of restos and all in walkable distance.. very accommodative and responsive host… would love to stay there again next time.. would’ve been much better if some basic kitchen stuff ( at least a knife 😂) available in the kitchen.

The place is exactly what you're looking for! It’s located in a perfect spot away from the hustle and noise of the city. I visited during the monsoon season, so everything was lush and green, and the view from the apartment was absolutely beautiful. The house is equipped with all the appliances you might need there wasn’t a single thing I found missing. The host was very responsive and kind. We had to change our stay dates, and they helped us without any hassle. They also patiently answered all my queries. It’s truly a hidden gem ideal for relaxing and exploring the nearby attractions.
