Shirahama has only public transportation, and the frequency is relatively small, so it is important to be close to the bus stop, it is really very convenient at the door of this bus stop.The homestay is very close to Shirang Beach, just a five-minute walk, it is convenient to watch the sunset, it is also convenient to eat and shop, there is a 24-hour Lawson convenience store nearby at 200 meters, and there are many restaurants.The house is large, the appliances are relatively old, it is a traditional Japanese tatami house, there is a microwave washing machine, and there is also a laundry room across the road.Ms. Huizum was like my grandmother, patiently waited for me to check in, the home was very clean and purposefully went to buy disposable cutlery for me to use.Check out gave me a candy chocolate badge blind bag as a gift, and I was waiting for the car to pull me down for a coffee and waved goodbye to me on the bus.Ms. Huizumi is a very polite and lovely host grandma, thank you for the hospitality, and I will stay again next time I come to Shirahama.😊😊😊

Great house with quick access to the beach!

We had a comfortable stay in a very beautiful inn. The host was quick to respond and communicated with peace of mind!

Kathy and Hideo's Airbnb was fantastic and made us wish we'd had more time to spend there in Tanabe. The hosts were proactive and thoughtful, and offered to pick us up at the station. Hideo-san used to be a guide of the Kumano Kodo track and gave us some great tips. Really enjoyed our experience and hope to stay again soon. Highly recommended.

The house is very close to the sea, the host is very enthusiastic and came out early to meet me. I'm sorry we didn't arrive in time because we missed the tram, so the host waited for a long time, but we were still patient when we arrived, and gave us an introduction to nearby places.

The place looks better than the photos and is beyond our expectation. We all enjoyed the stay! Hot pot stove and pot will be provided upon request, we had shabu shabu during the cold winter night which is awesome! The place is spotlessly clean. Everything is great. The sun rise view from the room is spectacular.

The room is spacious enough, and the hot springs are not bad, so I think it's this price.Perfect for staying at a hot spring ryokan without meals.I just wanted an elevator.The room seemed to still be available, so I wanted to be guided to the first floor instead of the 3rd floor.

We stayed for over a month and liked it a lot. Kids friendly. It is what the description says. Nothing fancy. It does have a decent onsen. The bedroom was larger than expected for Japan. The surrounding area where the hotel was looks somewhat abandoned and far from the main attractions of shirahama, but it was very immersed in nature in comparison to other options. We can definitely see ourselves booking again here.

I stayed for one night, but I wanted to stay a little longer! It is a place where you can relax. The location is great with a panoramic view of Shirahama Beach! If I get another chance, I want to use it!
