Had a wonderful stay in Redding - this is really such a hidden gem of an Airbnb. Walking and mountain biking trails are right on the property border - perfect for anyone who wants to go for a walk / hike / bike ride! Great trails and very well maintained. Very close to Redding too - 8 minute drive into downtown! Separately the accommodation itself is very spacious and well decorated with everything a small group or family could need! (Pool table, board games, 3 bathrooms, etc). Highly recommend this space!

Wonderful space. Nicely appointed, with tasteful decor, great views from the master bedroom and main living area. The home had thoughtful touches throughout; a true Airbnb. The home was spacious, homey, clean and inviting. Plenty of space, and direct access to the river. Ryan, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The neighbor we spoke with on the morning we left was friendly. We will plan to come back in the summer with the family for some fishing and cooling off in the river.

Ron's house was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The location was great - just 20 min from the Lassen visitor center. In addition, there is a road closed in the winter that was right near the house and we had beautiful walks on the snowy road without even getting in the car. Lovely house and we look forward to staying there again.

It was a brief stay but such a nice cozy clean place for me and my pets to relax and rest our heads!

Authentic cabin with lots of upgrades - completely new restrooms, modern kitchen, washer/dryer etc. Given time, wood stove in the living room will heat up the whole house. Initially we used extra space heaters to help it out.

House is super clean. Beds were comfortable and the house is cute. It’s close to lake Almanor. Robert was very approachable and available. Check in and check out we’re super easy

We came during the start of snow season in Chester area! Parking was easy in front of the unit, and the unit was already warm for us with central heater turned on. Tanya (co-host) was extremely responsive and supportive while we were in Chester. Though we were prepared for cold temperatures, she went the extra mile to ensure we had all the amenities we needed. The drive to Lassen was beautiful and easy from this location. Extremely close to Holiday Market in town and some places to eat after a long day.

We had a good time there. Nice Pool and central Location. 10 minutes to Bethel.

This is one of the nicest Airbnbs that I have had the pleasure of staying in (and I’ve stayed in quite a few). It was family-friendly with lots of bedrooms and space for everyone to gather. Very conveniently located as well. Highly recommend.

The pics don’t do the place justice. It’s way bigger and nicer. Which I’d feel like is rare. The host was very helpful and communicative and we feel we got a great deal. We would definitely stay here again. Especially in a different season, like summer

The owner was very kind, decorated for Christmas and always available to help with anything we needed. We could make many beautiful memories!! We would love to come back here again!!

Host was very responsive and helpful. Such a pleasure to stay in this beautiful home. Everything you could possibly need and nice extras in the kitchen and bathrooms. Pool is beautiful and jacuzzi was inviting even though we didn’t have a chance to enjoy. Loved sitting in the back yard and relaxing. All one level with split bedrooms…two on each side of living area. Very quiet for all the family to rest. Two living areas…one for relaxing and visiting, the other with a large smart TV and family space. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe for walking. Hope we can come back again!

Had a great time staying riverside for our annual fishing trip. House was fully stocked with necessities. House was very clean on check in. Easy check in and out.

This place was absolutely beautiful, It had everything you need. Most of the day we were out exploring the waterfalls and hikes in the area but got to relax in the evenings. I will definitely recommend if you’re trying to get away if your busy life and relax.

Liz is an excellent host. She really cares about what she does and the place is geared towards making your stay perfect. The backyard is actually huge which was so fun for my toddler to go free in the grass. I rarely stay in air b and bs because of the linens usually don’t have that hotel quality- Liz’s place is different. The linens and towels are CRISP and the entire place is immaculately clean. The beds are so comfy and the house feels very welcoming. It’s such a cute place and walkable to excellent coffee (evergreen). Top tier!

Great area and loved staying there.

Stayed at Laurel’s September 2022 with another person. Ever since then, when I want or need to go to a serene and peaceful place in my mind, often it’s at the tiny house. This time, I stayed again for real. By myself. And it was every bit as wonderful as I’d remembered, but even better. Because this time it was spring, with frogs singing, and wildflowers carpeting the forest floors. Drank in the atmosphere and surroundings like it was medicine. Every detail so I could recall to my remembrance again and again.

it was a fantastic place to stay. enjoyed the scenery and was only 30 mins from some wine tasting and easy to get to, will definitely stay here again!!

This is a fantastic mountain getaway location. The host was awesome and responsive. The surroundings were beautiful and majestic beyond belief. We recommend Rex’s in town for dinner, and do not miss Burney Falls. No pictures I have ever seen do it justice. This is now one of my favorite waterfalls ever. The cabin was cozy and rustic, like I was expecting for a mountain cabin getaway. Even better, it had excellent Wi-Fi cell service and plenty of TVs and games. There is no shortage of things to do, including having a campfire when allowable, or a fire inside the word burning stove. Nonetheless, we spent most of our time exploring the surroundings and hiking.
