35 minutes by car from Matsuyama Airport. It is a 13-minute drive from Iyo Interchange. 13 minutes by car from JR Iyo Station 3 minutes by car and 14 minutes on foot from JR Iyokanda Station. Dogo Onsen, sightseeing at Matsuyama Castle, and the Tobe Zoo are about 40 to 50 minutes by car. A cute house completely renovated in 2019, 9 minutes by car from JR Shimoda Station. The kitchen, bath, and toilet have also been newly renovated, and the 8-mat Japanese-style bedroom has been renovated. The Western-style living and dining area is about 10 tatami mats.Large deck terrace with front yard. There is a small river and a nice old house of Japanese style next to the house .The tool of the barbecue is prepared. （Please bring an ignition agent and charcoal） it's comfortable in summer as the temperature is a few degrees lower than in the city. As of 2024, mobile phones have become much easier to connect to. （no wi-fi） The air conditioner was installed in 2022, but it is only on the first floor.Enjoy the natural air. There is a fan. Firewood isn't available from May as it will be warmer.
