A convenient and clean apartment. We slept 9 adults comfortably, though it's pretty "cozy" without any luggage or clothes storage (common for Tokyo). As other reviewers mentioned, the street can be a bit noisy (mostly ambulances) - our only suggestion is to improve the noise insulation for the windows. Ken was very responsive and we felt well taken care of. Thanks for having us, we had a great time!

We LOVED our stay at Asami's house. There are many walkable restaurants and access to the train is fantastically easy. The home fit our family's needs perfectly, with room for our teens upstairs and comfortable bedrooms downstairs, too. The kitchen/living level was an excellent place to gather after a long day of exploring and we felt right at home. Everything was as listed and the user handbook was very helpful, too. Our family of 5 from the states had plenty of space and felt right at home. The home is in a good location for the train when you want to explore, but peaceful and quiet when it’s time to relax. The neighborhood has lots of convenient shops and everyone was very friendly and helpful, despite the language barriers. It is a quiet neighborhood, perfect for a vacation, and not a place to party late at night. However there were bars open late and plenty of food options near by. The stairs to the second floor were too steep for anyone with mobility issues, but the bottom floor is very spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return someday!

We loved our stay here. We had a party of 7 and the 4 bedrooms gave plenty of space and privacy. Favorite part of the house is the living and dining area, great open space and feels spacious. The decor is lovely and it just feels like home. Also the bed, pillows and comforters are super comfy. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. It’s just a few minutes walk to Morishita station. The surrounding is very peaceful and quiet and feels like home when we come back every day. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again!

If I have a big group, I prefer staying here than ANYWHERE else. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it is. Many Airbnb’s have an art for making the spaces look bigger than it is. This place is awesome! It is so convenient and has many options for eating, drinking, shopping, etc. Jerry is an excellent and attentive host and you can ask him anything and he will try and help you 😊, having an elevator in the bldg is a game changer, no lugging heavy bags up and down 2-3 flights of stairs. A toilet on every floor is so helpful and 2 baths is a luxury. The beds are comfortable and the house is clean. So easy to access. I almost am afraid to leave such a good review because I’ve had a hard time booking this place since the last time. I will always choose this place over any other as long as it’s available 👍🏻❤️

The room is very clean, the surroundings are very bustling, if you like Korean food, staying here is simply heaven, Jang and Kate are both very nice. Tokyo is really too humid, the duvet is a bit humid, if it can be handled well, it is a perfect place to stay after traveling.

My family had a wonderful stay at Adrien’s place. It was in a great location, very quiet and very comfortable. Beds were comfortable and the whole house was clean and well kept. The gym was brilliant. We really did not expect that amount of equipment.

This was a lovely place to stay, with multiple stations in walking distance and a nice quiet neighbourhood. But most of all our host was responsive, attentive and kind and helped us numerous times with our various needs as a large group. Thank you!

I might be a bit biased because I know this host from their other locations already which I always use. This time I wanted to try this location and as always, the host did not fail me. The rooms are always super clean, communication is fast and easy although you don't really need to communicte since instructions are super clear (I always ask around nearby activities and good restaurants). Furniture is nice, equipment overall is always brand new, kitchen is superb. I can only say this host must have studied realy well what to do to make it comfortable for guests. You can see the extra mile they go. That's also the reason I will always prefer using this host rather than someone new and luckily they have locations all around Tokyo. Heavily recommended! We had a great stay at Akira’s place. We were a group of 8 people with 5 adults and 3 kids (10 and under). The house comfortably fit all of us and felt like home — Akira had everything we needed. Loved the residential neighbourhood- gave you a sense of how most people lived - and a restful reprieve after visiting the hustle and bustle of the major city areas. I would mention that if you have a large taxi/transport, it may be difficult to get right to the house as the roadways are very narrow (typical for residential areas). Two laundry places and vending machines right by the house (so convenient)! Walkable to train stations. Look forward to coming back!

It was such a beautiful home, honestly we had a very different view of it just because we live in the US our perspective of the home was different but once we arrived seeing the architecture and the way the house is built was so wonderful and smart. Everyone loved the house! We felt so comfortable especially the terrace was so peaceful. We loved being able to have two bathrooms as well as having a washer/dryer in one! We were actually so surprised and having little kids with us it was a necessity. We loved how close it was to Uniqlo and other restaurants and stores ESPECIALLY the train station it was such a lifesaver when it came to taking all our luggage’s to head to the airport. Overall we fell in love with Mari’s place and decided to stay at her place when we visit next time! Mari and her team were so responsive and helpful sending guides to places to visit. Thank you so much!

Clean and spacious for large groups

Great place to stay for our family. It is a little further away from all major attractions but that didn’t stop us. The stairs are pretty narrow to go up. If you have bigger luggage, it will be hard to get everything upstairs. We kept everything on the bottom floor and brought it up as we needed things. There is one bedroom and bathroom on the bottom floor. The second floor has the tatami room and kitchen/living room. The last 2 rooms are on the top floor. If you’re driving to the house, some of the roads to get there are narrow but this didn’t bother us. It’s definitely a great place to stay for the cost. We will come back here.

Amazing Airbnb with pool and sauna. Super private and quiet area. Beautiful typical Japanese interior with a luxury touch. The host is very friendly and communication was easy. We would love to come visit again.
