Large dock includes refrigerator, tables, grill with fuel, paper plates and plasticware, music, fans, fresh drinking water, solar shower, life jackets, vegetable garden, Sail shades, Gazebo! LARGE COVERED PATIO (860 sq ft) with gas grill, table and chairs and games. Plus a firepit w/ free wood.

Private lakeside entrance, downstairs is yours. Sandy beach, long pier, fire pit, 2 adult kayaks, I smaller kayak, various floats,2 canoes &2 paddle boards. Life jacket assortment and beach towels provided. Residential family area. No guests, parties,groups,or Late, loud music-use of the amenities is for the guests only. Well behaved pets,housebroken, shots and neutered. Additional fee of $20 night per pet-prior approval . 4 guests included additional guest $30 per night each limit 6 total
