A quiet paradise in the woods. A great place to connect with nature and relax. There is a 2 person kayak that are shared with our other treehouse guests and a single person kayak. Life jackets supplied. (2 adults and 3 children) Also a raft that goes out into lake on a cable for swimming. We have a 2 person swing to relax on in the sun. Wifi arriving soon. Fronted by ever changing traffic on Shelburne Harbour. Even inclement weather presents for striking photo ops.

With 360 views at 30ft up you can chart the sun and stars across the sky, set your rhythm to the ebb & flow of the tide and scout the surf from above. Greet the evenings with a cozy woodstove, sunset with drinks on the deck, moonrise with a dip in the hottub & mornings with fresh espresso. The tower at Tillys Head is a unique structure built off grid high on a cliff on the South Shore of Nova Scotia, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. A 10 min walk through the woods is required to get from the parking lot to the cabin.

Private Cozy lakefront cottage in Quinan.

We have recently built onto the cottage. We added an additional bedroom and a much larger living room and entrance. No cleaning fee!! The location says Tusket, it’s Quinan on Lake Kegeshook. The cottage is a farmhouse style with white walls, lots of windows and high ceilings allowing for great light. A remote location, quiet and perfect for relaxing. Only a 20 mins drive in from the Tusket exit and 35 minutes to Yarmouth.
