Monthly Rentals in Shard End

Yadams place was very clean, exactly in the photos. Yadam communicated well with us during the stay. I had a disabled adult with me and Yadam answered all my questions to ensure a comfortable stay. The property has a downstairs bedroom and toilet/shower which was perfect. The house was big, clean and bright. There are supermarkets and shops nearby to the property. We were provided with Amenities as described on the page. If we visit Birmingham again we will definitely book Yadam's place. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

The room was very clean and tidy and perfect location for the NEC, with the added bonus of being able to park my van on the drive. Yvan was hospitable and helpful so it was a great stay, thank you.

Shofi’s place is super clean, bright, and comfortable! Really responsive and lovely host, had everything we needed for our stay after a convention at the NEC (about 10 minute drive!) Great stay- thanks :)
