Monthly Rentals in Shad Bay

Very nice place to stay. The view from the back yard is priceless and is very relaxing .She has everything there to make for a nice evening outside ,patio lights, firepit ,lite up dock and picnic table right on the water. Inside is very clean and cozy and is not lacking for anything that you might need .This is not a place that you want to make any excessive noise as there is another residence right above you.

JoAnna & Ann showed incredible care leading up to, during, and after our stay at their place. They were exceptionally proactive in providing information for our stay, and when any questions for us came up they responded immediately with friendly and helpful info. Great hosts and a great spot.

What a gorgeous place! The house and grounds are impeccably maintained. So impressed with the amenities here. Outside, I greatly enjoyed the propane fire-pit, the hammocks, the beautiful gardens. And, my sister compared the walking trail to the river as something out of a fairytale 🧚 The inside was squeaky clean, had clear helpful instructions, overall gorgeous decoration and design. And I lacked for nothing. Well appointed laundry and kitchen appliances, and all the housewares you’ll need during a stay. The owners thought of everything. There were so many great extras included, such as water, snacks, coffee, tea, laundry detergent, extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, and pretty much everything…they have you covered. The communication was amazing; clear, helpful information and quick to respond. Thank you for such a wonderful, tranquil experience. You made my already awesome trip even better 🤘😊

Very cozy place! It was right by the water with a beautiful view. Very convenient as well. We were about a 30 minutes drive from Downtown Halifax. Ashley was very responsive and helpful. Beautiful place and amazing host! I'd stay there again. :)
