Great stay in a quiet and sublime location. The property is impeccable, with excellent service by the owner who welcomed us with open arms with a service that allowed us to arrive without having to shop before arriving. Always helpful and attentive to tenants, who directly tells us the local activities and commerce. Perfect place to relax and recharge. Highly recommend it.

Super sweet people. Everything was well arranged. Despite the sandstorm, they really gave a top service. We even got pizza as an apology, while they couldn't do anything about it. Very sweet. Definitely a villa to go to sometime.

The place was just great! Everything was sparkling clean, super modern and really well equipped – just like in the pictures. We felt totally comfortable from the beginning and we lacked nothing. The host was very warm and helpful. We also found the great service to be particularly nice - on request, restaurant tables were even reserved for us. We can really recommend the house from the heart and will be happy to come back!

The house is as described. A perfect destination for a family if you want a more peaceful location for a holiday. The beach is wonderfully peaceful. Services are a 5-15 minute walk away. The owner greeted us when we arrived and told us how everything works. She had brought food to the fridge, a perfect start to the holiday! They were really kind, helpful and guided when needed. I highly recommend!

Adamantios is a wonderful host. The villa is beautiful and exactly as described in the photos. We were made to feel welcome straight away woth homemade cake and olive oil as well as other bits. Adamantios was quick to respond to any questions we had and jumped to our rescue when our rental car battery died! The villa is t really walking distance to anywhere so my top recommendation would be to get a rental car with good AC! There are very few places around the area to park in the shade so if you have rubbish AC like we did, the journeys can be stressful. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a bit of space from the business of local areas and wanting to switch off at the gorgeous pool!

This villa is spaciois a d spotlessly clean and fully delivers on the pictures - we loved every moment of our stay. It’s like a small piece of heaven! Erini had made cake for us as we arrived in the middle of the night when no stores were open, so thoughtful. The villa is equiped with shampoo, Olive oil, tea and other things that you really appreciate as a guest - must say Erini is a perfect host with very good and responsive communication. Loads of things to do in the area around the villa (but you do need a car). That said, just go go go - you will not regret ir!

The best villa there is. Host were very very accommodating and kind, once of the best people you’ll meet. They gave us a welcoming meal and it was delicious beyond words. We will definitely highly recommend and come back in the future. Thank you again for the great stay. ❤️

High-quality bed mattresses — there was an earthquake and my friend slept through it I highly recommend this stunning villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, quality getaway with their loved ones. It’s conveniently located halfway between Heraklion and Chania (about an hour’s drive to each), it features a pool overlooking the ocean, and each room has its own bathroom and a balcony furnished with a coffee table and chairs or a sofa — perfect for enjoying the sunrise or sunset with a cup of coffee! PS: the beds were so incredibly comfortable that during an actual earthquake on our last night, my friend didn’t even feel the earth shake lol.

This place is a treasure. The views from the living room and kitchen are spectacular. The house has many clever features that are well designed. The area around Almyrida is fun to explore--go down to the beach or on a hike along the coast. Almyrida is a cute beach town, very welcoming. And we did several further from the town adventures. We had no idea that Crete has so much to offer--pottery in Margarites, beautiful beaches, intense hikes, exceptional museums, exploring Hania's historic streets. The property management team were wonderful to interact with. We felt so fortunate to find such a gem. Thank you!!! We sure hope we can return.

Beatiful view and nice downstairs appartment with own pool and yard. Parking lot had always room for our car. From parking lot there are deep stairs down to the appartments yard. We came late in evening and it was little bit difficult to get in without light on the appartment door. Pool was great for swimming and view fo Chania and sea bay just amazing. If you have lot of electronic devices with you, take a power strip with you. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet during our stay in April. Really nice place to relax and enjoy life.

Beautiful place, great for families. Lots of toys and even a potty for the kids! Cleaner came mid week which was not necessary but so great. Beach is a 3 min walk. Really need a car to get there which was fine for us! Thanks for everything.

We loved staying at Petros's place. The location is picture perfect and completely serene, coupled with the stunning views - perfect getaway gem. The villa is beautifully designed with lots of places to explore and hang out in. Petros is very accommodating and all around helpful from assisting us in setting up the outdoor speakers to offering to make restaurant reservations on our behalf. We had an absolutely amazing time and hope to stay at the villa again when we come back to Crete. Highly recommend!

An absolute gem, we had an amazing stay at Maria's place. The house is absolutely beautiful, modern with quality all around. It's also super private with nothing but nature around you. Will definitely be coming back!!

This is a 10/10 Villa. We have travelled a lot and this is by far the best Villa we have stayed in. We were a family of 9 (5 adults and 4 children aged 2, 4, 9 and 11). The views are stunning, the pool is big, all the rooms have private bathroom. Jacuzzi is also perfect for when the sun goes down! Theo was a wonderful host helping us, giving good recommendations and suprising as with some nice gestures. This Villa really is a Gem as the name suggests. As for the surroundings - it is 100% private! For me the best part was that there is a nice local village to walk to every night. There are some amazing Tavernas/Restaurants with delicious food and reasonable prices (also a mini-market). There is also a nice beach with a good restaurant and a nice cozy beach bar - it is only a 10 minute walk from the villa. And if you rent a car then it is a 10 minute ride to the Rethymnon old town, which is also a very nice place with lots of shops and restaurants. The Villa was worth every euro!

We had an incredible stay with our family. The photos do not do it justice. It’s so beautiful and so peaceful. There were many lovely welcome food and drinks that we really appreciated. We had many activities and family in the area so we were out and about but were always looking forward to coming back to enjoy the house, the pool, and the gorgeous view. We also loved the hot tub when we got a little chilled from swimming since it was a bit early in season. We made sure to have a day to just do that. We used the indoor/outdoor theatre one night and that was really fun. All the rooms and the kitchen were perfectly appointed. Everything was so well thought out. We can’t wait to come again and stay longer and have time to use the outdoor kitchen, the gorgeous dining room and enjoy the beautiful pool and view again. Thank you Evi for an incredible stay at this beautiful house!

We had a wonderful stay at this stunning villa. So tranquil, we all loved it. It was well designed and we had everything we needed for our nine day stay. The owners were very quick to respond to a couple of queries we had. One of the best Airbnb we have stayed at. We will definitely be back

Beautiful breathtaking villa. Everything was designed with such thought and detail. Both adults and the kids felt so at home for the week and it was the perfect base to explore more of the island. Local village with some great amenties is walkable (just down a very bumpy/ dusty road) Nothing was too much trouble for the owner Athina, she organised all our taxis and food deliveries. Will be back again!!!

We were 5 couples (10 adults) staying for 7 days in this wonderful house. The house is very nice and corresponds perfectly to the description. It has all amenities for 10 people. It allowed us to have a wonderful time. It is also well situated, very intimate but also close to supermarkets and restaurants. The host, Stella, is very kind and helpful. She greeted us in the house with Greek hospitalities, which allowed us to relax and not cook for the first day / breakfast. A plus is that water and minimum supplies (e.g. coffee, oil, and dish soap) were available when we arrived. She also responded very quickly to any of our demands and had someone sent to the house within an hour when needed. The cleaning lady came in the middle of the week, which we appreciated. We highly recommend this rental for a peaceful escape with friends and family.

One of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. The house is just like the pictures and the pool and outside area is so beautiful it’s hard to believe you are really there when you wake up every morning. Paid extra to heat the pool and it was so worth it with our 3 year old and a baby. They didn’t want to leave the water. The owners of the villa are so so nice and kept bringing us fresh fruit from their garden and really baked Greek treats. Will 100% be coming back.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were 4 adults, 1 toddler and 1 dog. We are very satisfied with the villa and would love to come back next year. The villa has a private pool and a private entrance to the beach. However, water at the beach was dirty most of the time and wasn’t really comfortable to swim there with a baby, also because of the rock bottom, so we were driving to different public beaches. You must have a car, because due to the weather conditions it wasn’t possible to us to walk anywhere near.

A fantastic house with wonderful sea views and all the comforts! Tastefully decorated with good quality both indoors and outdoors. Very private location without visibility. Lovely balcony with pool, parasols and outdoor furniture. We were personally received in the house at the appointed time and were given a tour of the house and all its features, as well as a basket of specialties from Crete. Walking distance about 5-10 minutes to Plakias with shops and restaurants. The only thing we wished for was a few more hooks to hang clothes on.

this is a great Villa to stay at in central Crete that made it easy to branch off to many other areas of the island the best part was the Villa itself with its swimming pool and the views. great place to stay close to the small village of margarite. highly recommend it's got to be one of the best places to stay in all of Crete. Michalis was a great representing host.

We had a wonderful family vacation in Greece, and this property was the perfect spot for it. The villas are beautiful, well-equipped, and ideal for both adults and little ones. We were especially grateful for all the baby essentials and toys provided, it made traveling with rhe little one so much easier! The location is great, with delicious restaurants nearby, all the instructions and plenty of local recommendations from Manos. A special thank you to our property manager Menios, who was incredibly responsive, proactive, and flexible throughout our stay, his support made everything smooth and stress-free! Thank you!
