There is a separate entrance via a beautifully paved courtyard and an external staircase. The property is on one level. The coolness of the Virginia creeper, the sound of the spring, and the long balcony overlooking the countryside—all contribute to a peaceful and relaxing stay. This peaceful accommodation classified as a 3⭐️ furnished tourist accommodation offers a relaxing stay between lakes and mountains. 2 km away, Seyssel is a charming little town located on both banks of the Rhône (Ain/ Haute-Savoie). Stage of the ViaRhôna, you will enjoy bike rides, hikes, Base Nautique, relaxing by boat on the Rhône, on the Canal de Savières (Little Venice of Savoy). You will discover the Gorges du Fier, the Col du Grand Colombier, the vineyard. 25 km from Lake Bourget and Lake Annecy, 40 km away.

The apartment

This accommodation for 4/5 people (possibility to add a baby kit and/or an extra bed) ideally located in the city center of Seyssel. Ground floor adjoining the parking lot, easy to find. Everything is within walking distance (bakery, market on Monday, butcher, pizzeria, bar, restaurant, etc.). With the view of the Rhône, the Viarhona nearby, the surrounding mountains, on vacation or passing through, the apartment will be perfect for you. The sofa bed has been replaced with a brand new, very comfortable one!

Possible access to the swimming pool from June 1st from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., shared (unheated) We do not accept pets and smoking is prohibited

Apartment, nice mountain view

Our 50 m2 independent apartment is located on the ground floor of our house. This space includes a kitchen open to the living room and sofa bed 140 x 190 cm. In the bedroom, you will find a large comfortable bed of 180 x 200 cm, modular in two beds 90 x 200 cm according to your preferences. The bedding was renewed in March 2025 with Emma 2 hybrid mattresses, ranked No. 1 in France in 2024. Bright and comfortable accommodation, ideal for a stay as a couple, with friends and family.

Independent apartment in a house

The accommodation is located on the ground floor in a detached house in a very quiet area. The small town of Seyssel is at the intersection of the departments of Ain, Haute-Savoie and Savoie, 45 minutes from Annecy and 1 hour from Geneva and Chambéry. The house is 500 m from the Chemin de Compostelle and Via Rhona. The house is 200 m from a leisure center (swimming, water sports) and at the foot of Grand Colombier (1534 m). Shops nearby (less than 3 km). Train station 1.5 km away.
