Our independent 50m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our house. This space includes a kitchen open to the living room and sofa bed 140x190 cm. In the bedroom, you will find a large comfortable bed of 180x200 cm, which can be converted into two 90x200 cm beds according to your preferences. The bedding was renewed in March 2025 with Emma 2 hybrid mattresses, ranked No. 1 in France in 2024. Bright and comfortable accommodation, ideal for a stay as a couple, with friends or family.

The apartment

This accommodation for 4/5 people (possibility of adding a baby kit and/or an extra bed) is ideally located in the city centre of Seyssel. Single-storey adjoining the car park, easy to find. Everything is done on foot (bakery, market on Monday, butcher, pizzeria, bar restaurant etc. With the view of the Rhône, the Viarhona nearby, the surrounding mountains, on holiday or passing through, the apartment will be perfect for you. The sofa bed has been replaced by a brand new, very comfortable one!

A final staircase guides you to a cute attic bedroom composed of 2 single beds for 2 children (the beds can be brought together to make a queen size)

At the gates of Savoy, AIX-LES-BAINS and Lake Bourget with its beautiful beaches, Haute-Savoie, ANNECY, its lake and mountains, Culoz is in the heart of Bugey, at the foot of the Grand Colombier. Ideal site for lovers of hiking (Saint Jacques de Compostelle), cycling (legendary stage of the Tour de France) and the ViaRhona for cycle tourists! Culoz has all amenities within a 2-minute walk of the accommodation. The train station is down the street, a 5-minute walk away.

We offer you an independent 22 m² studio, fully equipped and furnished on the ground floor of our house with a private terrace, offering you a magnificent and unobstructed view of the mountain and its woods. The accommodation is halfway between Lake Bourget and Lake Annecy. You can also enjoy nearby ski resorts such as Semnoz, Aillons-Margériaz, Sur Lyand or La Clusaz. The banks of the Rhône are 10 minutes away through the Fier Gorges.
