We had a great time at Maria's place. The apartment was as in the photos and clean. The view of the lake and the mountains is a real plus for the accommodation. Maria made herself very available to make our stay go perfectly. We hope to have the opportunity to return there one day 😊

The place was enough and great for us (couple). The terrace and garden is a huge plus. Sunny on the sun loungers listening to the sound of the river and the birds singing, what happiness 🤩 The beach is 15/20min walking. The walks around the park and on the shore of the lake are mega nice. The accommodation is super well located and in a private and very quiet environment. Annecy is not far if you want a side + city. Sébastien recommended places to explore nearby. Recommended!

Great for a weekend visit to Annecy. Very close to trains, buses, and most importantly the city and the lake can be reached on foot in minutes.

Beautiful little place to visit the region, but a little far from the centre to go on foot. Very good communication with Marie Claire if it wasn't a little rigid on departure times... but I recommend it!

We had a pleasant stay at David and his partner's. They were very welcoming and accommodating. David advised us well on our arrival on things not to miss in the area, which helped us a lot.

A 6-day stay in a very nice apartment in the colours of the lake, peaceful, very well equipped and warm. We enjoyed the large balcony for breakfast, facing the neighbour's rose garden, the proximity of the lake and its promenade and the authentic village with all the shops 300 m away.

Great stay with an amazing view from the balcony! The apartment is very well located (easy to access), in a beautiful soothing environment, offering beautiful walks. A few minutes from the gazebo of La Chambotte, ideal for a spectacular sunset. Perfect for two people, the apartment is equipped with all the essentials, with some nice little extras! A big thank you to the host, who is attentive, responsive and flexible on check-in and check-out times. I recommend it 100%!

Thoma was always very kind and met us halfway for our request for both early check-in and extended check-out. The accommodation is very nice and is located in a very quiet area in the green of the "bagues", a few minutes from the plan d'eau of Rumilly and only 10 minutes from Annecy. I would gladly return to Thomas' accommodation, a great experience.

Place was exactly as shown in the photos. Charlotte was easy to communicate with. Thanks for accommodating to our last minute reservation. We liked that there is a private parking space but if the garage is full, it would be slightly challenging to get out from the garage other than that everything else was perfect.

It is a very functional apartment, nicely arranged, convenient, clean and nice. Chantal takes great care of her "vacationers". Of course, we want to come back, and Albertville is well located for visiting this beautiful region! Anyway, and to summarize, everything was PERFECT!

Marilyn offers a very convenient base to explore Annecy. Within walking distance of the historic town, the location was well connected to local bus routes and there was storage space available should you bring or rent a bike. There was an excellent bakery near the apartment ideally suited for picnic preparation. The apartment was compact but comfortable with a balcony providing a lovely space for breakfast, especially when the weather was as hot during my stay! It had a good selection of utensils for self catering. Marilyn made me feel extremely welcome to stay at her apartment, offering a generous welcome selection of food and drink and was a very conscientious host.

Everything is very good... Except for me, the contact. You attach importance to it where you do not, but I have not had any contact with Christele except by SMS. This is not my vision of Airbnb, but a perfectly liberal vision... Just the feeling of being a cash drawer, two text messages to remind me to leave at 10 am for the next tenant and that's it. I gave 5 stars because I don't want to harm Christele…. But maybe Christele is called Georges…. Basically, I don't know... I'm probably old-fashioned... I send a final text message to inform them of my departure... And nothing, no return, not even a good road... quickly to the next!! In short, for the rest of the services... nothing to complain about, the value for money is very good, this rental was efficient, profitable, productive. Thank you Georges…

Excellent stay in Charline's apartment. I recommend without hesitation, everything is very clean, tidy, very well arranged with lots of practical amenities, all in a cozy atmosphere. Very nice view with very nice terrace. Charline is very nice, accommodating and responsive and knows how to give us good advice for hikes and restaurants nearby. Ideal location to do everything on foot in the village. We will definitely come back!

We had the most wonderful stay, Séverine was incredibly welcoming and even arranged for us to be picked up from the station! On arrival in the apartment we were given a detailed tour and they accompanied the welcome with a gift box which was very kind! The apartment itself is gorgeous and the additions of the tennis court and swimming pool included make it incredible value for money, not to mention the apartment being only a 20-30 minute walk from both the lake and the town! We cannot recommend enough!

We had an absolutely perfect stay! The apartment was great: clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. It immediately feels like home. A huge thank you to Elise, the owner, who was lovely from start to finish. She is warm, welcoming, always available and full of good tips to discover the region. We had a wonderful stay with Elisabeth and Patrice! Communication was easy and smooth from the beginning, and they were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our visit.
