the house is in a quite area but quit easy you can get in sevillia to visit 20 min by car. The house is modern with various common space both outside and inside. there is a master bedroom, a bedroom with a sofa and an open space upstairs with an extended sofa bed if needed. The outdoor sitting areas are wonderful so you can enjoy sun or shadow as you like. Great accommodation!

A home with a lot. Next to the Alameda, good transport links and walking distance to the centre in no time. The very nice host recommends places to visit and eat. Our flight was leaving very late and he did us the favour of letting us leave the accommodation later. 100% recommended.

Ana was a very friendly and warm host. We immediately felt comfortable. We could arrive early and already enter the pool and we were also allowed to check-out later. The kitchen was well equipped and she left breakfast and cooking supplies. She even hosted a wine tasting in the bodega inside the house for us. She responded quickly and showed us around the property with all the cute animals. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend coming here.

Apartment was so unique and in an amazing location for touring the Catedral and Alcazar. Hidden on a side road in a nice quiet area. Keyless access was convenient and easy.

Truely a hidden gem in Sevilla. Unbeatable location - central enough that everything was walkable within 15min, but just off the heavily trafficked areas, more like a residential neighborhood than a tourist/hotel sector. Charming Moroccan/Riad style layout, but you have the entire unit (3 floors + private rooftop!) to yourself. Functional kitchen with all the utensils & appliances that made getting our own groceries and cooking some of our own meals seamless - fyi there are 100s of restaurants in the area but they tend to serve the same dishes. Was nice to be able to create some culinary variety for ourselves. Spectacular view of the cathedral from the roof. The private pool during the 100+ degree heatwave was worth every penny! Naively we rented a car - driving & parking in central Sevilla is a serious challenge - but the host Henny showed us a 24/7 underground parking lot nearby that was v affordable (~ €20/day). Powerful A/c and cozy bed in main bedroom. 100% highest recommendation!

We had a wonderful stay in this house in Seville. It was perfectly located in Tirana, nearby the city center and had everything we needed. Also, the communication went very smoothly. Lisa and her colleagues are wonderful hosts. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Superb apartment! Exactly as described, very clean, nice little balcony overlooking the pool. Great bonus of being able to park underneath. Rocio was very helpful and always answered promptly. Cannot recommend highly enough for your stay in Seville!

Juan’s property was stunning and exactly as advertised. We came for a friend’s hen party and it was perfect - both the outside and inside spaces are amazing and ideal for bigger groups. The whole place was spotless, with each bedroom having ample storage and a lovely bathroom. The kitchen was also really well stocked - we managed to make a paella for 8 people! Juan was very friendly and helpful - even letting us check in early and check out late so we got even more time to enjoy the place. Both him and his wife also drove us to supermarkets on multiple occasions to get some supplies which was incredibly helpful. Wait times for Ubers into the city could be quite long sometimes, but once we’d factored that in it was very easy. The perfect place to stay for a balance between calm idyllic countryside, with easy access to the city. Can’t thank Juan enough - I’d love to visit again one day!!

The apartment was bright snd sunny. The air conditioning worked well. It has been renovated so the pictures on the website were different . There is a nice flatscreen tv. The kitchen and bathroom are modern and pristine. All white. There are lots of dishes and amenities. The place was very clean. Groceries close by. Restaurants within a few minutes walk. Pepe is amazing and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. I would certainly stay here again.

A lovely quiet house to come back to after a day sightseeing in Seville. Big outdoor space with plenty of seating areas for relaxing with friends, very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and a large Supermarket a short walk away. Bring mosquito spray!

Very good stay at Anabel's. Charming house, well located and quiet. Seville is easy to access with the bus map available left by Anabel. Nothing is missing in the house. There are multiple small touches to ensure a good stay. Communication went very well. There were 7 of us (2 couples and 3 single people) and we enjoyed having our own room and the 3 bathrooms. I would highly recommend this rental.

Alberto's place was perfect for my few days working abroad. The location is great, surrounded by nice restaurants, cafes and everything is within easy walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Perfectly situated apartment in a nice part of the city. Lots of restaurants nearby, but not on a main street with lots of noise. The private terrace is a highlight, with beautiful views of the cathedral and many churches. Enjoy sunset on the terrace and you'll have one of the best views in the city. Lola who communicated with us for check in was so friendly and helpful, showing us how everything worked and sending across recommendations for restaurants etc.

This place is in a quiet part of town near the train station. It's very accessible and easy to get to the center of town by bus. we almost always walked to the center and it's a 20 minute brisk walk. If you don't want to, check for buses that take you to the center for about €1.2 per ride per person. The place is cozy and next to two supermarkets. It was very clean when we got there and the AC is very effective.

Although we did not get to stay the night at Luisa's place because we missed our train to Seville, we did find the apartment was perfectly located just a stones throw away from the Alcazar. Nestled in the heart of Seville Luisa's place though humble, was perfectly clean and provides a great place to relax and rest. The climb up the stairs to the penthouse is very much worth it and you feel just like a local. Luisa was also very helpful with providing a place to store our luggage after check out. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Sevilla. Cristina was an exceptional host. The weather was scorching hot outside, but the AC unit kept us cool at night. The location was perfect. Cristina also gave us a helpful tips when we reached out with a couple questions about where to hail a taxi and where to watch the Spain v Portugal final!
