Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

In summer hikes around the mountains, swimming in the surrounding lakes (Rufalipark, Davos Munts, Caumasee, Crestasee) and the perfect place to relax. For mountain bike lovers is also provided, many great trails are waiting for you. In winter, beautiful ski slopes in the Obersaxen/Mundaun area await you and a cross-country ski trail is also located directly in the village.

You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.
