I will try to help you as much I can to make you enjoy your stay. The building is in the heart of Zagreb's pedestrian zone, just steps from main square. There are bars, restaurants, bakeries, and shops right in front of the building and there are tram stops nearby to explore other parts of the city. Because of its location, everything you need to see in center is in walking distance so no public transportation is necesary. If you want to go explore some more, minute away from apartment on central town square are tram stops with trams that go to every part of city. Also, taxi stand is few steps from building.

The holiday escape showcases original architectural beams, warm wood flooring, a sun room, a steam room sauna, and a backyard with a manicured garden and a dining area under the lush pergola. Beautiful indoor pool which is available from April 1st untill November 1st. Ground floor, first floor, garden and pool are available for guests only! Owners are at basement floor with separate entrance. The house is located near the Maksimir Park, just a 10 minute drive from the city center, home to great options for dining, shopping, sightseeing, and more.

Naša kućica spoj je modernog i rustikalnog. Suvremenom stilu pristaje rustikalni i daje ovoj kućici poseban šarm. Gostima je na raspolaganju cijela kuća od 100 m2 te okućnica od 2500 m2. Na zatvorenoj, grijanoj terasi je jacuzzi u upotrebi cijele godine. U kuhinji je na raspolaganju aparat za kavu te razne vrste čajeva. Kupaonica je potpuno opremljena: ručnici, ogrtači, papuče, gel za tuširanje, šampon, regenerator, wc papir, set za higijenu zuba, mali kozmetički set. U potkrovlju udoban krevet.

The Main Square Penthouse is situated right on the Zagreb main square, Jelacic square, number 4, fourth floor, as central as it gets, just a few steps to all the city sites, museums, restaurants, stores etc. The view from the apartment is amazing, to the famous Dolac food market, the cathedral and the Upper town. We can arrange a taxi pick up/drop off at the airport, with additional charge, and also provide a parking lot in a private garage, 100 meters from the apartment, free of charge.

On warm days, relax by the pool, and on winter nights, relax in the warmth of the sauna or jacuzzi overlooking the castle. A House on top of a hill, with a large yard away from any crowd. For those looking for an active holiday, within 10km: bike paths, fishing, paragliding, free climbing, walking and hiking.

Beautiful, modern family house in the countryside, just a 12 minute bus ride to the centre of the city (bus stop practically outside the gate). The space is the whole upper floor which is a private bedroom, bathroom and an open mezzanine chill out/work area. Plenty of free parking. The view down to Zagreb is stunning and you are just 1km away from hikes in the Sljeme NP forest. We are a well traveled family and look forward to welcoming guests to our beautiful home and city.
