Holiday rentals with beach access in Seven Seas Beach

Perfect gated community with pool and access to beach. Apartment was just as pictured. 10 minutes a to luquillo beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great time for a few days on our first visit to PR. It was so simple to get to the beach! We used the chairs provided and rented an umbrella for $15. Very easy to navigate with kids and felt safe - it was loud at night with cars blasting music so pack earplugs. Would def recommend!

Outstanding host and we loved the location in Luquillo! Town had a great laid back vibe. The host was extremely friendly and proactive and gave great recommendations. We had one issue come up that was outside of her control (maintenance company working on unit next door caused our AC to stop working)… even though it was a Saturday evening, she responded right away and had people coming to take care of it within minutes. Luckily we were able to get it back on before they arrived, but the fact she was so quick to take care of an issue says a lot! The unit was clean and had very comfortable beds. The only thing that needs some attention is that the exterior of the building could really use a fresh coat of paint bc it was looking a bit rundown. But don’t let that deter you - the unit is clean and comfortable! The location is great and we loved all of the nearby restaurants. It was also very convenient to catch the ferry to Vieques or Culebra and visit El Yunque rainforest which is a must!

Loved the location and Luis was an excellent host. Great place - the view, the pool, and being right on the beach were highlights for us.

Tommy and Kayla's place was exactly what my husband and I needed. Our experience started off great, with clear instructions on where and how to check in. The guest house was clean, cozy, and offered more than we expected. The location was key—we were so grateful to be just a short walk from the beach. Every day, we took a quick stroll (just a few minutes) to the beach for a swim. I could easily walk back to the house if I forgot something, which was super convenient. There were also plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. During our stay, there was a power outage across the whole island for a day, but Tommy and Kayla handled it so well that we barely noticed. They kept us updated throughout, and the house was powered by a generator. The hosts were incredibly well-prepared, so we didn’t have to worry at all. They were also super responsive whenever we had questions. We would definitely come back the next time we visit San Juan!

Carmen was an amazing host! Loved everything she had to offer at her beautiful home. She was nice enough to leave out a list of food places as well as the WiFi code and instructions. The beach and view was a winner ! The home itself was beautiful! Well put together and clean! She was always quick to respond to my messages. She was also quick to change out gate beeper once we said it was dead. I would definitely recommend her place to stay to my friends and family ! One of the nicest and best host I’ve came across!

The condo and the beach area were both beautiful and private. What we loved most was being able to enjoy the beach without being over run by too many crowds. There was a very comfortable amount of people, but plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. The water and the sand were beautiful and the people were friendly. We had the opportunity to meet Roberto. He was super pleasant and friendly and full of great recommendations for things to do while we were there, but the beach was so beautiful that it was enough to do during our short stay. We did go bioluminescent kayaking in Fajardo and visit a local Mexican restaurant he recommended. It was a great, great time. The condo was the absolutely cleanest Airbnb I've ever been at. Everything was clean inside and out. The cabinets inside were sparkling and organized, and dishes, pots, coffee maker and even the blender were usable without pre-washing. Just an exceptional job by both Roberto and Sandra I'm providing comfort and entertainment.

My family had a great time here (2 adults and 2 kids ages 13 and 7). The place is very clean! It's a gated community and the 24/7 security guard made us feel very safe here. Marylin was very responsive and gave us some recommendations on places to eat. The beach supplies were very useful (beach towels, beach toys, chairs and wagon). Washer/dryer was nice to have and laundry detergent was provided. We only cooked breakfast, but the kitchen is fully stocked with lots of dishes, cups, utensils, cooking pots, cooking utensils and coffee! The only thing we didn't have was salt/pepper but I used the ones I got from takeout food. Would definately stay here again if we come back to Puerto Rico!

I would highly recommend booking with Sherley. The place was immaculately clean and was just like it was listed. The beach is quiet and relaxing. The location is a small town but close to a WalMart and other shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend renting a car since the location is only 1 hour to San Juan and Fajardo and the rain forest. Be sure to eat at Patria while you are there.

The environment was private, relaxing and peaceful. Nelson had the home ready with many extras for the kids. The pool was really nice, the bbq, the beds are very comfortable, great air conditioning and the best part the location had everything near by, restaurants, lake, beach and a huge shopping mall. Nelson was the perfect host. I will be returning.

We had an issue with a previous Airbnb and Dorca was very empathetic and accommodating. She let us check in early since we didn't have a place to stay. She saved our vacation. Everything was spotless and smelled great! The location is very close to the beach, and we felt very safe there. She provided more amenities than I expected. We would definitely return.

The house surprisingly was quite stocked, more than I expect to see at any other airbnbs. I didn’t need to pick anything other than food at Walmart for the few evenings we cooked at home. There were quite a bit of these tiny ants so we couldn’t leave anything out. Otherwise it was a great stay, and loved that it was so close to the beach.

The house and property was exactly as shown. The surrounding homes were in different levels of conditions. The home had a brick and cyclone fence boarding the property line which was private and very safe. We enjoyed the swimming pool throughout the entire time. The property was only approx. 400 feet from the beach and there were many other beaches there in the area. There was 10 adults and one child and there was plenty of room for everyone. When we got at the home we called Carlos about not having hair dryers and he rushed 3 dryers within 2 hours. Carlos was very responsive and courteous. We are looking to stay there again.

Dennis was a great host. Home was clean and in a great location. The home had so many extras specially in the kitchen. Only down side was a faint smell of mold or mildew in some rooms. I am assuming because of the AC and humidity. I wish we would have requested a pool cleaning but that was our fault for not requesting it. the extra lounge area by the pool side was beautiful and the game room was great for those rainy nights. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home. We will look you up the next time we travel to Puerto Rico.

We loved our 4 nights stay in Luquillo! The house looked better than on the picture.s We loved the fact that the house was really close to the beach, no more than a 2-minute walk. Beach towels and chairs were provided. We also loved the large veranda to enjoy happy hour and dinner . Our host, Dianne, was really quick to respond all the time and very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean ! I felt very safe and secure, walkable. There’s a beach maybe 100 feet away, & luquillo Beach 5 minutes drive, where the kioskos are as well! Lots to do ! Traffic makes it a bit far from the airport maybe 45 minutes but it’s worth it ! Close to Carabalí & El Yunque rainforest (about 15 min drive) so it makes it worth it ! There are TONS OF AMENITIES! I honestly don’t remember if all are listen but many beach supplies, MANY !! Beach chairs, a wagon, surfing item, beach ball, beach towels and many games and board games to entertain ! The host is wonderful, communicates well and is very accommodating and flexible!! Some things have a little rust but can be expected since it’s a beach property!! Property also has iron, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash !! So once you go to the beach you’ll have everything you need, the host really considered their guest !!

Excellent location, very quiet place, very comfortable for the family and for kids, beautiful view, beautiful surroundings, with a beach, a pool, a basketball and tennis court, too and a 10 minute walking distance from the "Malecón de Naguabo" where there are a lot of places to eat and very delicious. Hosts very responsive and proactive to help with everything! Thanks Diane and Luis for sharing this blessed place with us!

Wow, I think I only have positive things to say about Frank and Caroline's space that we used for the week. First of all, the directions on how to check in and find the condo were very detailed. I appreciate all the recommendations on where to eat and things to check out after landing at the airport. This is the first time my family has been to Puerto Rico and it did not disappoint. Frank is very responsive and a communication is top-notch. the views that we had from the condo left us speechless. Everything that you would expect to find in the space was there such as a coffee maker, basket of sunscreen and bug spray, games, cool looking ice cubes and already made ice and filtered pitchers of water. The beds were very comfortable for all of us. I love how we were walking distance to the beach and the food truck area that had a lot to choose from. it's nice that this condo is very close to a lot of other beaches, shops, restaurants, and the grocery store. Hope to return again!

Maris place was just perfect ! A 5 min walk to the beach and 10-15 min walk to local restaurants and markets. Just a few mins from the main strip of San Juan, the location was amazing. The apartment was spacious and the view from the balcony was breathtaking! I will 10000% be back !

Brad & Juanita condo was just right bed was conftoble water pressure was good The location was perfect, with many beaches nearby and We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. , our experience was amazing. We would highly recommend

We were glad to book this place with Fredy and Suany. Got there at 4 pm, the place was ready on time. Very private, clean, spacious place with breathtaking views of mountains and ocean. The lockboxes are mounted on the parking lot concrete blocks!! There are 2 parking spots for this apartment-and they are not close by!! There is a private beach for the complex that is quiet. Please read the beach conditions for Puerto Rico. Stores close by, also large supermarkets in 7 miles. Don’t forget to get a Pizza takeout from D&D pizza nearby-thin crust (fine crust) with Pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeño :). Check out local bakeries (La Familia) for breakfast fun! Close to both San Juan or tropical forest hiking!!

Great location and beautiful view of the beach. Unit met our families needs and had nice extras like boogie boards, beach chairs and towels. Instructions provided were clear and helpful. Also, multiple restaurants within walking distance.

Absoloutely amazing location--you can hear the waves at night, you can sit on the balcony and watch the ocean while enjoying your breakfast. I walked barefoot to the beach every day--its that close. The space is cozy, well maintained and welcoming. Marcos is extremely kind and friendly :) Would love to stay here again thanks so much Marcos!
