Revamped Penthouse with Panoramic View Terrace

Gaze out across the city from this tastefully designed home. The residence features stark whites, light wood flooring throughout, chic furnishings, an open-plan layout living area, and stairs up to the loft bedroom. The apartment building does not have an elevator. This lovely duplex is located on the third floor of a newly renovated century-old traditional Lisbon apartment building. The bottom floor of the apartment has two bedrooms (one of which has a lovely balcony), a bathroom and open kitchen and living room. The top floor has a second bathroom, living room (that can be used as a 3rd bedroom) with sofa bed and access to the apartment's pièce de résistance, its rooftop terrace. There is air conditioning in every room so that you can enjoy your stay year-round, without fear of the weather. All throughout the apartment, there is plenty of natural light and large double-paned windows that provide picturesque views of the city below. The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances, including stove, oven, microwave oven, dish washer, refrigerator/freezer combo, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, as well as all the pots and pans, utensils, silverware and plates for your meals. Additionally, the apartment has a washer, iron and ironing board. We provide fresh towels and bed linen, so there is no need to bring your own. In the living room area, sit back and relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy the large-screen 42 inch LED television, with cable. Each of the bathrooms features a spacious walk-in shower with large rainfall shower head. A baby crib and highchair are available upon request. Guests have access to the entire apartment and are encouraged to use the cable TV, 100 Mbps Internet with wireless access and especially, the rooftop terrace. A host will be present to greet you and give you a tour of the apartment when you arrive. The apartment is located in the traditional neighborhood of Arroios and just off the Arroios Market. The local bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and shops of Rua Morais Soares are all very close by, while Largo do Intendente, is a 10 minute walk away. The Arroios subway station (green line) is a short 5 minute walk from the apartment, whereas both the Alameda subway station (red line) and Anjos subway station (green line) are each a single hop away (or each a mere 750m walking distance) from the apartment. Besides the subway, there are plenty of bus stops nearby that provide transportation to various parts of Lisbon. The building does not have an elevator, so please be prepared to make the climb to the 3rd floor.

The amazing and spacious (120 sqm) apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of an entirely renovated traditional Lisbon building, and is sun facing throughout the day. It is elegantly decorated, fully furnished and equipped with all the mod-cons. Open the windows, enjoy the balcony, take a rest on the couch, enjoy the views, use the internet, enjoy a drink or read a book, cook and do everything you like and you normally do in your own home, but in the fantastic city of Lisbon! The apartment offers 2 double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom, a spacious living and dining room with a study area and a sofa that can be turned into an extra bed; one toilet; a kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, dry machine, microwaves, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher; TV and free wifi throughout the house. It can accommodate up to 5 persons and has all the appliances for long and short stays, with the possibility of one baby bed (please ask for it). Colorful Walk-Up Flat in a Hip Downtown Neighborhood

I stayed in this accommodation for 5 nights with a friend and we were very happy with the choice. The apartment is very spacious, clean and also tastefully furnished. Each of us had a bedroom with a double bed, one with a city view and the other with a garden view. Quiet neighborhood, but close to the center on foot, close to the metro and the historic tram 28. There are restaurants within walking distance and also some of Lisbon's attractions. We were provided with everything we needed to stay comfortably in the accommodation. Soft towels, toiletries, hair dryer, toilet paper and welcome kit with wine, coffee and herbal teas. Check-in was by phone, with some language difficulties, but in the end, we understood each other. Just keep in mind that it is on the 4th floor, but the stairs are not steep and are spacious, you can do it. 😊 In conclusion, I recommend this apartment!

First, the condo was as described. Better yet, it was spotless. The furniture and beds were very comfortable, which is important at the end of a long day exploring Lisbon and the surrounding countryside. Next, they provided great recommendations on places to eat. I do have one recommendation, though, a small welcome basket of goodies (coffee pods, snacks, etc.) would make a nice bonus after traveling. Not a big deal, just a thought. Finally, I was traveling with my 85 year-old mother who uses a cane to walk. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that the elevator is located 12 steps up from the lobby. Additionally, the elevator only travels mid-floor to mid-floor, so she'd either still have another 10 steps up or down to the unit. In the end, she was a champ and navigated the steps to/from the first floor each day. This doesn't detract from the unit, just something to keep in mind if you're traveling with someone like my mother. All-in-all this is a great place, and I'd stay here again.

The apartment was well located close to the Graca and Alfama districts and rail / metro an easy walk. With secure parking we were able to leave the car for our entire stay and walk/ catch public transport to see the sights of Lisbon. The apartment was clean and again secure - Vitaliano and Nara were helpful and responsive with clear instructions which made check in easy.
