"Casa Morenica" is a building from the 1900s, located in Montalto Dora, on the Via Francigena, 2 km from Ivrea. Renovated in 2023, it consists of two separate rooms, used as guest rooms. It is about 50 km from Turin and 60 km from Aosta. Within walking distance of Ivrea train station, 30 minutes on foot and 15 by bike. The "Parco dei 5 laghi" area starts a few hundred meters away, going up towards the castle. Less than two minutes away: two restaurants, two bars and a take-out pizzeria.

The house was built after renovating an old barn with a cherry tree in the garden. Today, it has become Casa Vacanze il Ciliegio. Immersed in a large garden, it enjoys a beautiful view of our mountains. In the winter, the sun won't warm your days, but the warmth of the fireplace will make your stay unique. "Il Ciliegio" is located strategically on the edge of the Gran Paradiso National Park.

Small functional accommodation located in a very quiet hilly area. 4 km from the highway exit The center of Saint-Vincent is 2 km away. Great foothold to reach the Valtournenche ski resorts (25 min.) The flat is at the second floor of our house that is a sort of farm. There is a nice view on the Alps and our garden. Wooden floors, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The suite has king size bed, a sofa and kitchen in the bedroom . Another room with 2 beds and sofa, and a third room with a double bed that I can separate in two single beds.
