Our B&B offers a peaceful and quiet corner, quick and easy to reach, in a characteristic renovated Tuscan house just 7 km (25 minutes) from the parking lot in the historic centre of Florence. At Borgo Le Palaie, you can immerse yourself in the landscape of the Florentine hills among cypresses and olive trees, enjoy the view and visit important vineyards and wineries a short distance away. You can easily get there by car (including a reserved parking space for guests) or by bus, which is 300 metres away.

Poggiolieto is on the hills just 10 minutes far by car from the Historical center of Florence. The Property is a typical Tuscan country house surrounded by olive trees. The Suite is a flat apartment (bedroom, living room with a sofa bed, bathroom and kitchen). Swimming pool in spring and summer time; private parking. The house is in a strategic location to be close enough for visiting Firenze's artistic city centre, but be in the peace of the countryside at home with garden and swimming pool.

La Terrazza

The Terrace is a lovely apartment with a magnificent view of the hills of Settignano. Perfect for enjoying a less chaotic stay than the streets of the historic centre and for experiencing the tranquillity of the place. You will then find a double room and a living area overlooking the exclusive terrace, a bathroom with washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. The historic centre can be easily reached in about 15 minutes by bus number 10, which stops a hundred metres from the house.

It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.
