At "Villa Pepita Mallorca", you'll have private use of the tennis court and the 5mx10m saltwater swimming pool which is heated approx mid-April to end-Oct. A BBQ is also available (please buy briquettes) as is a professional pizza oven. The house is ideal for a group of three friends or a couple with perhaps one child. You’ll love it here because of the peaceful, secluded location, large grounds and above facilities. Please see 'Other things to note' which contains info of use to most guests.

Charming artist patio house- Can Tòfol de Pina

Located in the rural inland setting of the Pla de Mallorca, and far from any tourist center. The house and patio have been carefully restored to recreate the original architecture, and provide an ideal location from which to explore rural Mallorca. On the ground floor there is a large sitting room with wood-burning stove; and separate dining room and kitchen. Upstairs there is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a dressing room. The main bathroom with shower and toilet is on the same floor.

It is reached over a spiral staircase. It is completely separate. The view to the mountains and down to Palma and the sea as well as the sun sets are spectacular. The owner is usually living on the ground floor of the building and can be helpful with BBQ's and excursions.
