Holiday rentals with a patio in Serres

The place was easy to find. It was quiet most of the time (there were brief periods of noise from the nearby construction site). It was very convenient that in less than 10min walking time you were at the beach or a restaurant. It was clean and had a baby crib which was important for us. The hosts let us check in earlier whuch was awesome! We are verg grateful for that! Whenever we had any questions they were very helpful and friendly and helped us in a timely manner! Thank you again!

The house was the cleanest and tidy airbnb house I've ever rented. It deserves a badge. This small and new apartment was the best located apartment in the compound where it is located. Even though there was one step into the pool, it provided enough privacy when there were those in the pool. The hosts provided us with the necessary flexibility with check-in and checkout. As much as we didn't need it, they made us feel they were there for any of our issues. The location of the house was both very close to the bustling ofrinia coast and had the necessary features to have a quiet and calm time. The house had all kinds of equipment for long or short stays. The location of the house was within walking distance to both the main road, the sand, restaurants, and local and chain markets Although there was no need at check-in, the hosts welcomed us and wanted to make sure everything was okay. We communicated comfortably with the host in English. A place I can consider staying again and recommend to those who are looking to stay. Thank you so much.

Very nice and cosy apartment. It's very clean and it has everything that you may need for a holiday. Very close to the beach.

Daniel's place is a rare combination between a calm and private place, home-like and at the same time very close to all the taverns, bars, pharmacies, supermarkets of all types, local and international like Lidl and even close to the beautiful church of Asprovalta. I was searching for a tranquil place to stay for a while, but would definitely come for a longer stay with my family and friends - there are lots of things to do and see for all types of people and all ages. A very big advantage is the free parking for my car in front of the place as well as the opportunity to bring my dog with me! I definitely recommend both the place and the very intelligent, friendly and co-operative host, Daniel :) Еfcharistópoli! See you next time!

Wonderful experience!!! Theodoros was very responsive and helpful host. His. place is very nice and on very quiet area 5 min walking from main street with restaurants and the beach bars. Comfortable and with all needed staff. We had few requests and he managed to finalized it on same day. Great host - thank you for your service. Definitely we will visit it again

we stayed 8 nights in this apartment and we felt excellent. The position of the apartment complex in front of the beach and the promenade street with shops and taverns is very close. the complex is new, the furniture is of high quality and carefully arranged. The appliances are also of high quality. The pool is 9 meters long, but for a morning workout it is welcome. The pool water was warm and very clean. access with pets is allowed, they have a lawn where they can roam. Although I stayed in the second week of September, I had very good beach weather and warm sea water. We drew a winning card this tourism year! And one more thing for fishermen: excellent fishing spots in the sea and in the Old Port of Limani (about 8km away) and in the Struma River.

Very friendly hosts, nice apartment with great garden. A perfect place for families with small kids. There are beautiful places that can be visited.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They responded immediately to what was asked. The house was just like in the photos and ideal for different families as the rooms have a bathroom each individually. It has a large yard where young children can play.

The place looks even better in reality than it does in the pictures. The house and yard are very big and spacious, everything was super clean, well organized and well equipped. The communication was excellent, the host was super responsive and helpful all the time. We felt wonderful and would definitely come back 😊

This is a wonderful place for those who like peace and privacy. A charming villa surrounded by greenery. Spacious, comfortable, every detail is thought out. Very caring and discreet hostess. The kitchen had everything: oil, salt, spices, even water, wine, beer and lemonade for the kids! Perfect!
