Eva's Suite is a 92sq.m accommodation that offers views from the 5th floor of the building and is fully renovated. The accommodation can accommodate up to 5 guests. The space has a spacious living room with piano and 53" TV, dining room with 6 chairs, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom fully equipped with 24-hour hot water supply and fully equipped kitchen. Free Wi-Fi and internet. It has 3 A/C. Pets and parties are not allowed in the space, while smoking is allowed only on the balcony.

The "Pablo Boutique Rooms" complex in Neo Petritsi, has a large and spacious apartment, for families and groups, and a small beautiful studio. The apartment, with a large balcony and endless views of the Serres hinterland, has two bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with a double bed and two single beds. Also, the sofa in the spacious living room can be converted into a bed if required. There is also an equipped kitchen and a comfortable bathroom – WC.
