We were two families with a total of 5 small children. The terrace, which can be locked, is great for the children to play alone for a moment. The accommodation is great for several parties, as the rooms are all distributed and all have their own bathroom. Tim and his mother were always very polite and helpful when we needed something.

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

We had a great time at Caterina’s place. 6 of us stayed there and was great to all have our own bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The house and gardens had plenty of space to mingle together or to spread out and do our own thing. The location was so peaceful and the views incredible. Not great if you struggle with walking uphill and there are lots of steps to and from the train station and village. Although there is a shuttle bus. Was great to visit all the Cinque Terre towns but not to stay in the hustle and bustle. Great stay and can’t thank Caterina enough, it is a beautiful place to stay!

Our family holiday (4 people) in this place was an absolute dream and in reality even more impressive than in the photos. The entire property is spotlessly clean and exudes a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. For our children and us, the pool in front of the breathtaking mountain scenery was the daily highlight – a perfect place to unwind and enjoy. The location is fantastic for escaping everyday life and being active at the same time. We explored the area on several beautiful hiking tours. But what really makes the stay special are the hosts: Chris and Joanna are incredibly warm and helpful. Their hospitality is exceptional. We highly recommend this place.

Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

The house was clean and the kitchen equipped with everything you need in everyday life. Communication with Ilaria was always friendly and uncomplicated – everything worked out great. The highlight is the large, very well-kept garden with many different plants – a really beautiful, green paradise. The pool makes the whole thing even better. We really enjoyed our time there and would be happy to come back!

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at I Pini, the house was well furnished and comfortable with everything we needed and the view is just stunning, the photos really don’t do it justice! Everything was as described and we had a lovely time there, helped by Cristina and her team’s thorough information provided about the local area and their quick responses to any questions or messages. Lerici itself is a beautiful town with lots of things to do close by, including day trips to the Cinque Terre and Pisa. I am sure we will be back in the future!

A quiet, almost forgotten, but charming environment. Ideal for relaxing and looking into the distance. If you like it individual and solitary, this is the place for you. Communication with Eric was quick and straightforward.

A fun unique stay! The team is amazing and very welcoming. The description is correct. There is a pretty good hike up to the tower and there are steep stairs. However, the team will help with luggage to the tower at check in and back to your car at check out. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were so nice! I noticed the first night how fresh the bedding smelled. These things made the stay more home-like.

We had a great time at Elisabetta's, all the services were impeccable, starting from the check-in where Elisabetta was flexible about the time and extremely helpful. The house is perfectly equipped with everything you need and impeccable in terms of cleanliness. The setting is also dreamy. I absolutely recommend a stay, you will not regret it!

We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights and the experience was simply perfect. The house is clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you need. The secluded location makes it one of the best solutions in the area to relax and grill in the greenery on the entrance terrace. Having a car you can reach the main urban centers within 15-20 minutes and the Lerici promenade in 40min. Check-in provided for the issue of a key by the host, who was friendly and extremely helpful with meeting time. Highly recommended!

Alessandro's accommodation is great for those who want to get away from the chaos of the city, it is in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery but still close to a lot of areas of interest such as Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) and so on... it is a very strategic place, especially if you have pets with you. Our little dachshund - Focaccia - was able to run freely in the huge garden in front of the accommodation - a place where my partner and I decided to have dinner every evening enjoying the beautiful sunset 🌇 The accommodation is beautiful, new and equipped with a really super-stocked kitchen (we could even make pizza!). We were also very pleased with the presence of an air conditioner. We will definitely be back, we highly recommend it 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro was always super helpful in answering all my questions and giving me very valuable advice on what to see/where to eat, etc. Thank you Alessandro for your infinite patience?

Oh well, what can I say about this place... I highly recommend!! This was the best Airbnb experience I have ever had and we will definitely come back! The house is lovely (I am in love). It's all clean and well prepared. They even gave us complete breakfast. The bed is wow. The location is perfect for us. It's not too far from the city (La Spezia) and it's very peaceful and quiet. There are tons of shops around. Romeo is a fantastic host. He is the friendliest host I have ever met and even if he didn't speak English he put so much effort to everything. I had such a wonderful time and I am so glad to have found this house and Romeo. Thank you. (I am recommending to all my family and friends so get ready for more clients Romeo 😄). À bientôt!!

My wife and I had a super pleasant stay! Jessica was super nice and proactively recommended us restaurants and other things. The apartment was super clean too. We really had a nice and relaxed stay as the house doesn’t have any direct neighbors and we could enjoy being in our own on the terrace, which is so so good. It is closely located from La Spezia, perfect starting point to explore cinque Terre!

It was wonderful to live in the middle of Tellaro and to have breakfast on the roof terrace with the fantastic view! The cottage is very skillfully renovated and lovingly furnished with selected pieces. Everything we needed was there and we were very nicely received by Lola. There are some stairs in the house that you have to climb to finally end up on the roof terrace, you should be aware of that. We had a great, relaxed time hiking (directly from the house), visiting Cinque Terre, swimming again and again and of course trying the restaurants on site. It was all perfect thank you so much!

great experience! wonderful host. the house is equipped with all one needs. I like the possibility to spend the day on the beach and sleep at a higher altitude in the night where I find quite place and cooler temperature. i didn't mind the 25min drive to Lerici. for family and kids must be great. there is a laundry...kitchen etc

I stayed at Elisa's with my husband and our 3 children. Very nice accommodation, with attention to detail, it seems to take a dip in the past of the quiet village in the middle of the greenery in which it is located. Excellent value for money, in a strategic position for those traveling from the north to Liguria or Tuscany

What can I say, a unique experience because the accommodation is located inside a beautiful medieval village... not to mention the impeccable service from the cleanliness and modern furnishings of the accommodation, to the service of the very kind host. Upon arrival, we found her mother to be very nice and kind, also advising us on what to do. Very quiet area, you can also go on beautiful excursions in the middle of nature and a few km away to visit the Cinque Terre.

We had a wonderful time in the great accommodation of Maria Luisa, the house is equipped with all comforts and sparkling clean. we were so warmly welcomed that we immediately felt at home.
