No 1 is a 2 bedroom apartment with a sofa bed (located just to the west of Estepona port. Only 30 minutes walk from bars and restaurants along the beach promenade. Supermarket and Aldi shops within 15 minute walk. The community offers 2 pools, gardens and direct access onto the promenade and beach. Garden at the entrance. It is a first floor without elevator. Our house is walking 2 minutes from the Train Station, 5 minutes from the Bus Station and about 7 minutes from the Tagus Bridge. Parking on the same street.
