You can relax in a cosy living room with balconies overlooking the street while resting on a comfortable 3-seater sofa. If you fancy a little relaxation, there's a smart TV where you can connect to your account on any content platform. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and has everything you need in case you decide to cook during your stay: a fridge-freezer, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, an electric kettle and all the necessary utensils. We have a hand blender on request and subject to availability. There is a dining table and chairs for meals. When it's time to rest, you have a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed measuring 150x190 cm and another single bedroom with a single bed measuring 105x190 cm. Upstairs, there is a third bedroom with a single bed measuring 80x190 cm. Also, if you need to use the sofa in the living room, it can be converted into a 140x190 cm bed. There is a bathroom on each floor with a comfortable rain shower, hair dryer and towels. We provide soap, shower gel and shampoo. The bathroom on the top floor is inside the bedroom. Don't miss the charming rooftop terrace, where you can relax while enjoying some sunshine. We have a Wi-Fi connection so you can enjoy the internet without any problems, whether it's to watch a series, share your photos, talk to your family on a video call or work if you have no other choice. There is also central air conditioning and heating throughout the house, so you don't have to worry about the summer heat or the cold in the winter months. We'll leave a dose of detergent and fabric softener in your apartment so you don't have to worry about buying them. - We offer a light breakfast free of charge so you can have something to eat before leaving the house. We'll leave you a basket with everything you need so you can enjoy it however and whenever you want. Breakfast includes: milk, coffee, tea, bread, oil, butter, jam and something sweet. If you have any allergies or intolerances, please let us know 48 hours before your arrival. Please note: Some elements of the facilities may vary slightly from the photographs. - According to current regulations, we must communicate the personal data of all guests to the authorities. Therefore, when you confirm your booking, we will send you the information to check in online, where you must provide your personal details before the day of arrival. When you have completed the online check-in, you will receive an entry code for the outside door and another for your apartment door. - Bookings of 3 apartments or more may be subject to surcharges and special conditions. A security deposit will be requested when the booking is confirmed. - For group bookings and/or on high-occupancy dates, a damage deposit of €200 per apartment will be requested upon arrival. This will be paid in cash and returned at check-out once the accommodation has been inspected.

It has a KITCHENETTE, that is, a small space to heat and cool food, you can prepare your breakfast, which we will have previously left in your suite. It has a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, single-burner ceramic hob, a small pot and a small frying pan.
