Suite Encina is a cosy apartment located in the centre of Belmonte, on the ground floor, quiet and with all amenities. It has a private terrace of 15 m², perfect for outdoor breakfast, relaxing with a drink at sunset or simply enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. In addition, it is part of an exclusive eight apartment resort complex. The apartment has 45 m², distributed in a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a large diaphanous room with a 1.50 m double bed, a sofa bed, private jacuzzi, fireplace, 50"Smart TV and a dining table, creating a comfortable, cozy and functional space. The kitchen has a refrigerator, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kitchenware, dishes and basic condiments. The apartment also has heating, heat pump, air conditioning and hairdryer. In addition, upon request, a crib can be provided at no additional cost. Guests enjoy their apartment completely privately and have access to the common areas of the complex, shared with the other seven apartments: a free private parking space per apartment, outdoor pool, BBQ area and outdoor dining, ideal for a relaxed stay in a peaceful setting.
