If driving drop off at the plaza in front of the Cathedral and drive up Calle San Jose to the free public parking and walk down- easy.

The place has met our expectations. We have been a marriage, a nearly 4 year old and an infant. It should be said that, despite being a quiet and pedestrian street, the street has steps and although it is not too much problem for baby cart it can be a handicap for people with reduced mobility. First of all, we can confirm as we had previously read that the attention from the hosts, our case Mariajo, is 10. They allowed us to carry a pet although we did not finally bring it, but they were going to prepare a welcome for her. We were left a find and travel crib for the small and bed barrier for the eldest. Only with that was already saved half a trunk and a lot of logistical problems. From the first moment everything has been easy. Self check-in, breakfast details, sweets, utensils, etc. The building aisle gives a bad image, renovated but with pladur fallen by humidity. Nothing to do with the apartment, small, but nice and impolite.

Very friendly and the perfect place to explore Cuenca. We felt at home.

It was a very nice apartment with a beautiful window in the living room that sees an amazing view. Very central, 2 mins to Plaza Mayor where there are gift shops and restaurants . I loved staying here. I’ll definetly stay here again.

Very nice host who assisted me with advice and action! Beautiful surroundings, with plenty to do in terms of hiking and wonderful green nature. There is also a lot of history and culture to soak up in the area (Canal de la Toba and Cuenca). The locals are very friendly and I spent many hours chatting in the village square where the terrace of the local restaurant/bar was. You will immediately feel part of the big family there, which consists of locals and Madrilenians who have a country house there. it was the first time I visited this region, but I have the feeling that if I ever buy a holiday home in Spain, it will be this village. I stayed for only one night and Nacho was very friendly. I went out of the house to go to Madrid and I couldn't find transportation. It was late, so I told Nacho that I would go home and leave after a few hours. He was very friendly and flexible and told me that there was no problem with that. Thank you Nacho. I wish I had spent a whole week, but I will definitely come back. 🤍

Very clean and complete apartment. Close to many amenities and a bus line. In addition, Marta guided us very well to be able to tour the old town perfectly and not miss anything.

the apartment is great for a couple. It has all amenities. Everything is very new and very well cared for. The service from Julián was extraordinary. She was there for us at all times. The location is excellent as it is in the heart of Cuenca's old town and you can walk everywhere. We'd love to repeat!!!

Very good experience. Lucia was super attentive and willing to help with everything. The apartment is very nice, although it is small, but perfect for two or three people. It's located next to the old town.

Very comfortable and super nice house, with a very large terrace with privileged views of the swamp. The views are truly SPECTACULAR. The apartment is in a very well-kept residential area and right next to the lake. The host was very friendly and helpful with anything we asked. Highly recommended for families or couples who want to disconnect for a few days in nature.

We spent 3 nights there and everything was perfect. Very clean and tidy, according to the photos. The staff was very attentive, we had a problem and did not fix it immediately! 20 minutes from basin if you want a quiet place para deconectar.

A wonderful stay in Cuenca! We stayed in lovely apartments in the heart of the old town of Cuenca and the experience was unforgettable. The location is perfect, very close to the main points of interest such as the Cathedral and the Hanging Houses. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The host was very kind and attentive, he recommended places to visit and great restaurants. In addition, the tranquility of the environment and the views from the apartment made our stay even more special. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone who wants to discover Cuenca in a comfortable and authentic way. We hope to be back again soon!

Plenty of bedrooms, fairly large living room and dining. Bathroom clean and ample. Cuenca is a great city to visit; very walkable, and great old part. Alfonso’s place is very nice, but it is a third floor walk up without an elevator. Parking is tough in this town, but in Alfonso’s neighborhood we always found a spot (not so for downtown).

Helena responds very quickly and adapted to our needs without problems. A 10/10 experience.

We loved David's apartment. It is in a quiet area very close to the tourist attractions (hanging houses, cathedral, museums...). On the other hand, it is still in August, the apartment has a very good temperature and we have not had any heat in it, which we have appreciated a lot. David has been very attentive and kind at all times and very detailed with the equipment of the apartment, which is perfectly equipped (with coffee machine, sugar, toaster, iron, gel, cream, hair dryer, towels, etc.). In short, staying in this apartment was a total success. Highly recommended! :)

Beautiful house with nice views and very bright. It is a second floor, duplexing with the penthouse floor. In the silver below is the living room, kitchen, a bedroom with double beds and a bathroom with shower. The upstairs is a clear, spacious room with two single beds and a double bed and has another full bathroom with a bathtub. Great for large families. Clean and in good condition. The perfect location, right inside the historic center, at its start. In a quiet area and at the same time a short walk from everything. 100% recommended!

My friend and I arrived as part of our trip to Spain to the town of Cuenca and this apartment. The apartment provided us with everything we wanted and the jacuzzi was an amazing bonus. The apartment, which is inside a half-cave, is clean, quiet and gives a feeling of warmth. The place is a bit high in the town so you have to go down to the shops and back up. But even a short distance from the apartment there are sites, museums and various attractions.
