Pretty mountain house is located 700 meters above sea level, surrounded by greenery in an atmosphere of complete relaxation, equipped with every comfort, with garden and panoramic roof terrace. The residence is located in the village of Monti di Villa, the starting point for pleasant and relaxing walks through the woods, along the paths of the Appennini and a few miles from the Alpi Apuane. Nearby is also the Orrido di Botri, a natural canyon, beautiful and impressive to go. The house is located about 30 km from Lucca and 7 km from Bagni di Lucca spa, feature spa town with thermal baths, restaurants and taverns where you can taste typical Tuscan dishes. The house consists of a living room complete with fireplace, sofa bed and TV, in the kitchen area is a pellet stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator and grill. Upstairs is the master bedroom with TV, a second bedroom with two bunk beds (4 beds) and a loft where you can get an extra bed, and finally the bathroom with shower. The garden is equipped with lawn chairs to enjoy the sun, wood-burning oven and barbecue. In the roof terrace there is a large table and chairs for dining outdoors and enjoying the view. On the back of the house there is a parking place.

Our beautiful and cozy house is located in the charming village of Tereglio in the beautiful Serchio valley in the province of Lucca, 6 km from the nature reserve of the Orrido di Botri and 10 km from the Canyon Park adventure park. The house is in the center of the village; the parking lot is about 60 m away. Accommodation facilities are present. The house is a great base for visiting nearby towns such as Barga and Coreglia, both of which are among the most beautiful villages in Italy.

Throughout the summer, Barga comes alive with many typical food fairs, music festivals and art exhibitions. The house is set within olive groves, fruit trees, and forests, with stunning views all around. The garden is perfect for dining 'al fresco' and enjoy the view and sound of the bells of its majestic cathedral. Barga is only 40 mins from Lucca, 50 from Pisa and 90 from Florence. L'Abitazione del Lauro, the larger of the two self-contained apartments, is spread over two floors and has 4 bedrooms (5th optional), 2 bathrooms and a separate entrance. It is ideal for families or groups, who want to stay little under the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by wild animals and immersed in the large equipped garden.
