Monthly Rentals in Serra de Tramuntana

Actually we enjoyed the place so much, as it was even better than on photos - it has 3 layers: a cozy common space with kitchen/dining, rest area and working area, a bedroom and a spacious terrace. The kitchen has everything needed and inspires for slow cooking and enjoying your meals. The common space is zoned, which enables comfortable coexistence of several people - you may conduct work calls without affecting your roommates. The Wi-Fi was perfect for working as well. I loved the district a lot: it's a quite street, very close to everything needed - a market, supermarkets, restaurants, and an amazing old windmills space, which is a perfect spot for sunrises. The district definitely has it's vibe! And a tree in front of the apartment - everyday there's a flock of birds sitting there and singing! So calming. Communication with hosts (Kirsten and Marion) is smooth, responsive and pleasant. Would live there for ages, if I could :)

Could not be happier with my stay. The entry is a bit usual, through the garage of the owners, but it is easy to get used to. The apartment is very clean, new, and has everything you could need. The owners have a system to deal with separating rubbish, and they take it for you, which otherwise would be very complicated and time consuming in the village. Friendly dog. Parking is very limited, but that is a challenge anywhere in the village

First of all, I highly recommend this accommodation!! The host, Peter, is very kind, cheerful, and responsive. We used it during our honeymoon, and it was the place we liked the most among all the accommodations we stayed at. Of course, the accommodation was nice and well-managed, and it was nice to be able to freely use the large space. The moment we stayed at the accommodation was the most impressive memory of our trip to Mallorca. It may be a bit lacking compared to a 5-star hotel, but it is a warm and affectionate accommodation :) Everything is provided, so you can eat at the accommodation yourself. (Please wash the dishes and use it~!😊) One thing that was disappointing was that the bed did not fit my standards, so my back hurt🥲 Except for the bed, it is the best accommodation👍🏻 Thank you Peter!

We had a wonderful week in this small paradise. Petra and her family were very nice and helpful at any time. We will definitely come back:)
