Very comfortable and quiet, the proximity to the beach and restaurants of Can Picafort is very appreciable for going out and going to the beach, the neighborhood is very quiet. The apartment is large and comfortable It was a great stay!

6 ladies and we found everything absolutely fantastic, all amenities within easy reach, taxi at the end of the road which was fab on the very rare occasion when we needed one. all in all would definitely recommend .

Lovely apartment in a great location

We had a wonderful time together with our two children in the Mirapins apartment. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area near Alcudia. Everything is easy to reach by car. There is also a bus in front of the house and a small supermarket where you can get fresh rolls and croissants in the morning. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need, the beds comfortable and the bathroom small but nice. We particularly enjoyed the large terrace with sea views - here you could have a wonderful breakfast and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. For the children, there were toys, a high chair, and there was also a parasol and bath towels for the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much and can recommend the accommodation 100%!

For those looking to stay somewhere quieter in Mallorca, this is a great place. It had all the amenities I needed and I enjoyed my stay, highly recommend!

We have a lovely stay at Maria’s place and she is such a fantastic host! Very responsive and knowledgeable, which was much appreciated. The place itself is very nice, it was a great location for our family and you will be comfortable with or without a car. Thank you for your hospitality Maria!

Fantastic location - a few minutes walk to the beach, cafe and restaurants but felt quiet and away from the main stretch. Huge balcony which we used a lot, plenty of space for us a family and appreciated the cot and high chair. kitchen was well stocked in terms of cricket, glasses etc Shared pool was good size and clean, and as only 7 flats in block we had it to ourselves quite a lot. it was hot during our stay in Mallorca and the AC worked well and the ceiling fan in the lounge was great. we really enjoyed our stay here.

The apartment is really nice, clean and well equipped. The pool is really convenient and chill. The apartment is in a peaceful neighborhood but also close to a lot of supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The beach is also really close. We enjoyed staying there a lot.

We rented a car and drove from Palma. It was a pleasant drive and easy to find and park. Mabel met us there and showed us the place. It was clean, spacious, and well appointed. We prepared several meals there rather than eating out so we could enjoy some local fresh food. The neighborhood was very quiet which we liked but everything is close. Mabel’s suggestions of things to see nearby were helpful. Easy walk to restaurants, the beach, and some very picturesque coves. We were there for nine nights and did not want to leave.

We loved Gabriel's apartment. The location was perfect for a short walk into town, but away from the busy-ness. The space was comfortable and quiet - and the balcony was ideal for morning coffee! Thank you ✌️

Ralf's house was great! Even prettier than in the photos! The garden is beautiful, the pool very nice. Bedding is super comfortable! The setting is very quiet. Ralf helped us with everything we needed, he is an extremely kind and helpful host, we also liked chatting with him! We recommend it to all travellers!

The house and Guillermo were fantastic. We stayed here for a week, four adults and a baby, and it was a perfect fit. We wished we could have stayed longer! We were especially impressed by the wonderful welcome. We arrived at the house at 12:30 a.m., and Guillermo personally welcomed us anyway. He had brought us water, fruit, and snacks, and we couldn't have felt more at home from the very first minute. Thank you for the wonderful week!

We had a great time in this very clean apartment. The panoramic view is fantastic and the apartment is really as in the photos. The location is perfect, the amenities incl. The washing machine and dryer are wonderful and the beds are very comfortable. The fresh scent of the bed linen and towels was another plus. We would recommend this apartment to everyone and would be happy to come back.

We got this accommodation right, just what we were looking for, homey, with all the details of decoration, kitchen utensils, oven, washing machine, games, books, TV, private outdoor area that we needed... Super personalized, a beautiful atmosphere as a whole. You need a car but close to a lot of places to visit around 5 min by car. Dorothy gave us ideas of restaurants and areas to visit. I would stay there. In Palma in 30 min and with access to a fast road to go to places further away. A very elegant and comfortable rustic accommodation that I will visit as soon as I have the chance. Safe car parked at the door and dream botanical garden, everything we wanted!!

What a beautiful clean,tidy apartment. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, everything was as it was explained to us. The view from the balcony is magnificent, how I enjoyed sitting having my coffee ☕️ there. If you are looking for an apartment with everything this is the one . Our stay with Pedro was absolutely fantastic! He is an incredibly friendly and attentive host who went above and beyond to make our trip special. Pedro was a lifesaver, helping us organize a memorable birthday party at Tobogan. His communication was excellent; he was always quick to respond and checked in on us often to ensure we had everything we needed. The house itself was perfect, stocked with all the essentials and in a brilliant location just a short walk from the beach and public transport. We couldn't have asked for a better host or a more comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place in a perfect beach town. We loved the pool, the views, and the spacious apartment.

Clean and spacious apartment very close to the pine walk and beach with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Good sized bedrooms with plenty of clothes storage. Electric shutters are handy on the windows. Practical kitchen and living area. The kitchen is open off the living space to the right of the balcony doors. Utility room houses a washing machine, iron etc. Everything worked properly including the air con and shower. Parking was ample all round the apartment building. Appreciated the bottle of wine and 6l of water on arrival.
