Beachfront holiday rental in Sérignan

Pleasant accommodation by the sea, very nice welcome from Caroline. The house is well equipped, even with a baby there is everything you need. Location is ideal for the beach or even strolling to the center. Recommended!

Sophie's holiday home is beautiful. It is comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need in everyday life. It is very close to the beach and we quickly felt comfortable. We would come back anytime.

I was there with my daughters. We had the beach and the restaurants within walking distance. Despite the high season, the place was very quiet. The stairs to the 3rd floor were no problem for us. Access to the upper floor is a bit of a challenge due to the narrow stairs for people who are not good on their feet.

the mobile home is comfortable and clean, the subdivision very quiet, it was perfect. Stéphanie is responsive and friendly, I recommend.

We had a very nice stay with family of 4. The apartment is ideally located close to the beaches and local shops. It is very well equipped and the terrace is very pleasant. The communication and reception offered by Valras Loc are excellent. We recommend ++

Stayed over with my son for almost a week and enjoyed the stay. Location is perfect and close to the beach and restaurants. A good place for two people and we enjoyed our stay!

The accommodation is faithful to the photos, clean, convenient, with all the necessary amenities and tastefully decorated. Beds are made on arrival, towels are available, as well as cleaning and bathroom beds. The Valras loc teams are very friendly, responsive, and give good advice. I'll go back there without a second thought

Perfect stay! Sinan is an exceptional host, very welcoming and available. His tips on restaurants and local things to do were valuable. We felt right at home. We were pleasantly surprised by the charm of this house. Everything was thought out for our comfort, from kitchen amenities to plush towels. A real cocoon. Located in a quiet area, the accommodation is perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The proximity to shops and restaurants is a real plus. i highly recommend it

When one imagines securing a well appointed, safe, comfortable, accommodating and ideally located place to truly relax or explore the delights of the southern Occitanie region from, Marc & Isabelle’s offering should definitely be on their mind. From very effective host communication, solid directions :) & a flexible approach all the way through to supporting us getting settled in, finding places we need as part of getting comfortable etc, we felt supremely well taken care of. The property itself is very well appointed & looks exactly as depicted in the app; it’s an excellent AirBnB for those who want to relax in comfort & privacy with a superb array of mod-cons. Everyone in our group was very impressed. Thoughtful and clever touches abound across the entire modern property & we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone (family or a group of friends) - it’s a gem are likely going to return to! Clean and functional accommodation, pleasant residence to live with its shaded and well-maintained park and also games (pétanque, badmington,ping pong) for children available for free. Super nice pool area for small and large. Beach within walking distance. Nothing to complain about the stay. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a wonderful stay. Catherine and her husband were lovely. I told her that we had an early flight but there was no rush to get the apartment ready before the stated check in time however, they rang us to say that it was ready well before. The apartment is in the perfect location right on the beach with a huge balcony that gets the hot morning sun, perfect for some private sunbathing and you can even sit and watch the kids playing on the beach from it! We had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. The beach was quiet on week days and busier on the weekend. We loved having the pool which was always clean and has a shallow end for the kids. There are restaurants just down the road with friendly staff and you can walk up the beach to the main town and harbour or take the bus from right outside the apartment. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely stay at Catherine's again!

wow, what an incredible place to stay, right in the heart of an amazing vineyard and olive groves. The loft was very spacious with a beautiful little courtyard that gets the sun all day long. it's a perfect base to explore the many gorgeous towns and beaches that Lucien shows you on checking in. We had the most relaxing stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Sasu's place is very clean, beautiful, and practical with high quality fittings, appliances, and comfortable bed. The kitchen has everything one needs to prepare meals. The space is very well-organised and spacious without any clutter. The highlight for me was a beautiful work desk and the proximity to the beach - just 50 meters. I was able to swim twice a day in the sea, in the morning and evening, and work middle of the day from the apartment with a view of the sea. Fast WIFI was helpful. Also, there are so many restaurants nearby within 2 mins walk to 30 mins. Just below the flat is a pizzeria, carrefour supermarket within 2 mins walk, an epicerie below. Buses nearby to go to Béziers or Sérignan. One can go to the port for even more choice of restaurants and also, take the ferry for EUR1.20 a person to go to La plage naturelle des Orpellières which is a beautiful wild beach perfect for swimming and enjoying nature. It truly felt like home, I enjoyed every minute in this apartment.

We had a great stay in this beautiful apartment, very clean, well decorated and very bright! A superb view of the sea and direct access to the beach at the bottom of the building. The shops and restaurants nearby were also very nice. We will not hesitate to book again with Fabien who is a very welcoming, responsive and very friendly host! I therefore highly recommend this accommodation if you need to stay in Valras!

We had a very good time at Stephane's place. Communication with Adelaine was very fast and uncomplicated. The house is very well equipped and in a prime location.

A quiet and relaxing stay in a well-equipped, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully renovated townhouse. In a superb location, literally opposite the beach; a hit with our four-year-old granddaughter with its wooden pirate ship and slide. Cleaning of the streets and beach was a high priority. Approx 200m to ice cream parlours, bars, a few restaurants, a Casino shop and a pâtisserie. Carrefour Hypermarché Sérignan had everything we needed. Street parking was free in May and busy by the beach at weekends but we found spaces nearby. Many thanks to François and family. We have no hesitation in recommending Villa Espadon and hope to make a return visit soon!

The accommodation offers a fantastic view of the sea and you can be on the beach in 20 seconds. We were there with our 7-month-old daughter and there were a lot of helpful things for babies (high chair, cot, toys...). Kitchen equipment is also good and we were very happy with the good beds. Communication with Sandrine and Marc was flawless and very friendly. The panoramic view is fantastic but also has a flaw: in the morning until about 2 pm the sun shines very strongly and heats the apartment very quickly. Fortunately, however, there are well-functioning air conditioners in every room. The way to shops/bakeries is doable on foot 30min (easy) but not very close.

We felt completely comfortable in the accommodation. The protected parking space and the proximity to the beach, which could be easily reached on foot, were particularly great. The location is relaxed and quiet, ideal for switching off. The large balcony was perfect for relaxing breakfast. The bathroom was modern and very clean, and the kitchen was excellently equipped – everything you need was available. We would also like to emphasise the warm support from Emilie, who was always friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!
