Our detached villa is 40 meters above Sapanca Lake and has a lake view and a heated pool. At the same time, we have fireplaces on our porch and for the house. It is 800 meters from Eşme city center. It is 10 minutes from the center of Maşukiye, 15 minutes from the center of Sapanca and 4 minutes from the forest.

Ormanyaya 4 dakika mesafedeyiz. Sapanca gölüne yürüme süresi olarak 4-5 dakika. Bahçemizde ise ateş çukuru, ısıtmalı havuz, jakuzi, çardak ve barbekümüz mevcuttur. Alanımız tamamen sizleri özeldir ve kimse sizleri göremez. Not: Jakuzi kaldırıldı.
